Funny thing the PS3 had a really good PS1 and PS2 emulator, they also added a PSP emulator at the end but it was very limited and only works for a few games. The reason sony won't give you PS1, PS2, PSP, Vita and even PS3 emulation on your PS4 is because they simply don't want to, they earn more selling newer games that they can charge higher prices, they don't want you to buy some cheap old PS2 game, they want you to buy the new Red Dead Redemption 2 or whatever cinematic triple A garbage the industry churn out.

To run at 60fps locked or 60fps with drops? My 2600 can maintain 60fps for most of the game but it drops in a few specific and more demanding areas.

Old Monk is shit. By far the worst implementation of "player as boss". If your opponent is some shithead with duped dark moon grass (which it always was), you're fucked. The unskippable cutscene is the icing on the cake.
