>tfw too physically weak to even play video games anymore
>get terrible back pain after sitting in a chair for more than an hour
>get a headache when playing more than 2 hours
anyone else know this terrible feel?

No, but it sounds hellish.
Sounds like you need a doctor, you should play the Trauma Center games.
You're probably not in that bad shape, your body is just screaming at you to do something. I was like this a few months ago and now I run a 1.5 mile every other day and work a warehouse job.
>tfw the only physical activity i did in the last couple weeks has been buying groceries and when i came back i had to take a nap it was so physically draining
how have i let my body become like this?
>go for run today out of the blue
>some puppy joins me
>end up running with her for 6 miles
based
go for a run if you don't have actual physical ailments.
Iktf user but it doesn't have to be a chronic condition if you start doing light back and hip mobility exercises.
Make another video anyway mandalore
I want to learn to draw and make youtube flash animations. Where's a good place to get started?
Was it a stray?
I always tell myself I'll get on the treadmill at my apartments gym but I'm always too depressed to do anything after work because of my dead-end job
No, I took her back to the owner and she said I could have the dog. Unfortunately I have cats that would be terrified, so I had to say no.
Probably should have taken it to an adoption center, she sounds like a terrible owner

That must be where all my energy is. I can't stay asleep for these past 6 months, I wake up at least 3 times a night, I've stopped dreaming, it's really annoying.
Unironically get a sit/stand desk. It feels good, and you can even incorprorate some subtle leg exercises while playing.
Worst case, you have an overpriced desk that can adjust to an optimal height for your chair and accomodate nearly any desktop
She wasn't. It was a nice older couple with a few dogs, cats, and some chickens. They seemed competent, probably just can't handle another dog.
I really want one of these, have you gotten used to standing to the point where it's not noticeable?
>have you gotten used to standing
Yes, almost immediately
>to the point where it's not noticeable?
I've had it for several months now, and my legs still get stiff after an hour or so if don't shift my weight around frequently. The key is to keep your legs moving, even minimally. Micro-adjustments, they call them. I like to place one foot on its opposing calf and maintain balance for several minutes, then shift feet. Once you get used to it, these adjustments become second nature and you won't even notice you're doing them.
A decent anti-fatigue mat also helps a ton
Sweet, what's the exact desk in your picture?
I walked up a hill in my town today that ive walked a million times and I was practically wheezing and sputtering by the time I finished. I don't remember it being that taxing in years past...
The brand is Flexispot. I bought mine as just the frame, then slapped an old desktop onto it. It's probably cheaper that way
Where's the shitty job? That's a huge factor too
>work labor job on construction sites laying brick and make money hand over fist because boomers are retiring left and right and shitskins literally wont do the work fast enough
>in amazing shape
>never pay for gym
>have qt chubby gf I met at an anime con that worships me for fulfilling her bishonen fantasies
>don't even buy new games, just trade stock on my free time, make model kits, and replay games on emulators
This Shitty job influences more than 12 hours of internet/videogames a day
Unless you a re shit at videogames/only play movie games
>crippling carpal tunnel syndrome
