>used 3 psynergy crystals to defeat this guy
This guy didn't fuck around. Maybe I did him too early? I just know I'll miss those crystals during super bosses/doom dragon.
So? How is your reloaded playthrough going?
Used 3 psynergy crystals to defeat this guy
Just checking but, you did weaken him first right? Also i hope you went back for the sword desu.
>play it when I was around 14
>english isn't my native language so kinda struggled with some things at the begeging
>never end up finishing the game because I was too bad to beat the final areas
>play it again more than 10 years later
>game is easy as FUCK once you learn the proper mechanics that let you cheese everything.
Difficulty/rebalance mod I'm guessing?
Yeah, I did weaken him. Is he even possible without weakening him? Let alone in reloaded...
I went back but I think I also need drought or whatever it's called cause there's water behind him blocking me. Haven't done Aqua Rock yet. That was probably the reason why this guy took me 3 tries and ultimately half an hour for the final attempt.
Reloaded? is there a rebalance mod?
I remember this guy being a crazy pain in the ass when I tried doing a zero light fight vs him on hard though.
Yeah. Check it out, it's fucking sweet.
mega.nz
Nice. Thanks dude.
I really don't know if it's possible, guess not. I think the only thing you need to do for the sword is to check the dragon's body? Not sure, haven't replayed it in a long time.
No problem.
Cool, time to see what gba emulator is best for Android then
A little bit of advise:
- use stat buff and debuff spells
- mess around with the classes a lot and get a good distribution of healing spells
- buy a bunch of healing items to save on psynergy for healing inbetween encounters
Also just a heads up: Summons only become available on the turn that corresponds to the number of djinn used in them.
So you can't drop Judgement to commonly introduce yourself anymore.
That sounds really sick. Definitely gonna try this shit out.
this fucking boss
if only i remembered to go to the stupid cove first or check the side of the mountain
First time i replayed Reloaded i ended up having 1 character healing all the time, 1 character buffing/debuffing all the time, 1 character attacking and the last one filling whatever was needed (usually healing/buffing/using items). Soe of those bosses were brutal desu.
Venus djinni belly good guys
pat it for good luck
I played Reloaded*
>Begeging
Yeah, I have a similar setup for the most part. Although the attacking guy often has to take care of more urgent stuff way too often.
I dropped my reloaded playthrough at that optional boss that you need all the djinn for. That guy was bullshit, literally can't do anything if you get unlucky with djinn storm+aoe spell.
Hero avenged us Isaacbros tho
speaking of Dragon Quest
>one of the (((Takahashi))) brothers use to work on DQ3 and DQ5
That boss follows a strict script of like 26 actions that are always done in order, every time, without fail. The only random aspect is that it starts in a random spot on the list. You can know exactly which action on which turn it will use Djinn Storm with 100% reliability.
You have to use sand to go underneath the petrified Dragon.
>bitch about muh anime swordsman
>get 3-in-1 instead
Also i hear he's OP and/or annoying?
>look up footage of Reloaded on Youtube
>instead, find a video of a guy soloing Dullahan with Jenna
It’s not Reloaded, but still pretty sweet youtu.be
0 lights=2430 HP regen and 3 attacks per turn
1 light=810 HP regen and 3 attacks per turn
2 lights=270 HP regen and 3 attacks per turn
3 lights=90 HP regen and 3 attacks per turn
4 lights=30 HP regen and 2 attacks per turn
So it is possible to beat Serpent with no lights (people have posted vids on YouTube), it’s just really hard.
not OP
but Th/wack and the Crits can be a pain in the ass if it hits ya
so annoying
