I feel like this is actually more of a problem with handheld consoles than PC. Handhelds always strain my neck with how they want me looking downwards towards my crotch and all that.

how to cure this

Buy a better chair

Hold it outwards and in front of your face not down on your lap retard. The same with your phone.

You can't. If you try, it will create mustard gas

exercise and the self respect not to be a slob and sit like an orangutan.

Invest in better hardware you scrub

>people who look straight down at their phone when they're standing
jfc you idiots need an instruction manual not to fuck up your neck?

I have stenosis and a disk out, I just slap an icepack on and roll with it. I'm 6'4", though, so even high back chairs aren't high back enough. I gotta get the fancy high back chairs.

buy one today.

virgins subconsciously trying to hide their embarrassing private shit
chads lift their entire hand to look at phone, never shifting their head from perfect posture from the chad stride

The only reason I feel uncomfortable holding it up sometimes is most people are used to looking down so I always feel they think I'm recording them, or some shit. I try to "point" away from people.

>buy
There aren't any near me and I got the highest backed chair in driving distance.

>wooden chair finally crumbled together
lads I don't know what to do
i've had this chair for like 10 years

do I get a new one or should I get this one fixed? i'm quite attached to it but it's expensive
also wooden chair masterrace

I just use the chair I took out of my car after installing a bucket seat, just had to put a support, armrests and wheels. It's the best thing I've done and I put wooden beads on it, something you can't properly do with other chairs.

>it's another bad posture thread
>time to sit straight, get annoyed by the discomfort and give up less than 5 minutes later
>don't think about it until the next thread in a week or two
repeat ad infinitum

Holy shit he holds it on his lap? Brainlet

GOLEM

GET

I had a roommate with one of those. Pretty luxurious imo. But I'm a manlet.

keeping your spine completely straight 24/7 is bad for it, just remember to sit up straight every now and then
