>movement can be imprecise
In other words we got another V gameplay in our hands as we were all expecting.
Fucking dropped

Fucking dropped
clear winner
>trusting journalists for an action game review when these people don't even know how to jump
Let's be real, you were never going to buy it anyway
>i wasn't going to play this game but now that some literally who says one bad thing about it i get to pretend to have been interested all along
>Cliches are negative
How are cliches negative when almost every single story will use some form of cliches. Cliches work as long as the execution of them is well done.
8 is basically the score you give when you hated the game but you know you'd out yourself as a casual if you gave it a lower score, so to keep your reputation intact you basically give it a vote AGAINST 90.
The entire review spectrum now is just 90+ vs 90-. 8 or below is "no", 9 or above is "yes". Metacritic is Rotten Tomatoes.
>some cliches bring down the story?
what does this mean? just predictable events/common tropes?
Cliches usually are bad but in something over the top like the Platinum games they usually just help make it be that much more enjoyable and cheesy
I imagine so. You could replace that text with "anime plotline" and it'd amount to about the same criticism. If you can handle the generic action anime of a given season, you can probably handle the plot to this.
Dunno about that user, but no i'm not going to buy it, but i am going to play it.
Cliches are just tropes you personally don't like, this criticism means nothing.
>as we were all expecting.
kys tortanic faggot
Translation
>I'm bad at the game
>I don't like anime
Bump it up 2 points.
According to Vice, it's ridiculously easy and has severe pacing issues. If a Game Journalist (tm) is complaining that a game is too easy and that they're getting S+ ranks on every mission without even having to experiment with their options, I imagine there are some real problems with difficulty.
Given that it's Taura who's directing, I absolutely wouldn't be surprised if he made the game just as easy as Automata.
The game has difficulty settings. They almost definitely didn't play on the highest one and played the one that gives you free extra lives and shit.
Taura likes to have complete extremes in terms of difficulty. For story fags and journos he makes an absolute baby mode and for Platinum diehards, he makes batshit insane hard difficulty
Reminder that they gave Bayonetta 2 a fucking 10. simply because it was easier than Bayonetta 1 even tho 2 is a weaker game than 1
>imprecise
That's one gay way to say inaccurate.
>gamespot journalist playing an action game
hmmm i wonder how much i can trust that review
Jank confirmed
More like
>gamespot journalist playing a nintendo game
hmmm i wonder how much i can trust that review
This game is Xenoblade 2 levels of anime bullshit.
To be clear, I'm enjoying 3 Houses right now and don't hate anime, but sometimes shit is just lazy and bad.
hmmm i wonder how much i can trust something on the internet
>Yea Forums NEET not playing a game and being smug about it
hmm I wonder how much I can trust these posts
This
All my test people for my working ironically asked for more tropes despite the fact I was actively avoiding then
Is rather have the opinion from the guy who does DMC combo vids than the person who reviewed gone home
Reviews are written for an audience just like games are. If you knew you weren't going to like Gone Home from the start, why would the reviewer cater to you? You probably wouldn't even bother reading it.
The reviewer of Barbie Horse Adventures knows what kind of people would wind up reading that, and it's not some user on 4channel.
