buy top of the line pc parts and just pirate all the video games you want
If you cant pay that comfortably with what you have, you're going to go into debt for video games. Reevaluate your life.
Radiate stories

Outlast 2, every school section.
Like holy cow, I cannot tell you how excited I got when these sections came up. I would pay for dlc where they unlock all the doors and you just walk around the school with some sort of puzzle element added in.
ODST
Super Mario Sunshine.
Otherwise, whatever your favourite of the Ceasar 3, Cleopatra, Zeus, Emperor settings is. Or Anno 1404, or 1800.
holy shit fucking based. absolutely loved the game just because of these sections.
nothing will be better than looking at that fucking monster sprinting behind you
Diablo 2 for me. Reminds me of my childhood-teenage years where my parents and friends were alive and together.

Maplestory.
Is there like a chapter select? just so I don't resort to looking it up online.
I dont remember the name of the game, but it was a horror game with static camera, you had to escape the school or something, could be coop and you would play like 8 different characters. It was about puzzles but there was fighting too. I think there were many endings depending on who died. And it had a sequel, but that one didnt click on me
2fort and all the old commentary maps are really comfy but kind of lonely.
flOw
Obscure?
I think there is. good luck friend

XBC2 if you love open worlds, beautiful, beautiful vista's and comfortable JRPG stories.
Yea Forums threads have been really good lately
I find Red Dead 2 to be the perfect balance between extremely comfy with its immense freedom and also engaging with its great gunplay and interactivity. Monster Hunter and Oblivion are also very comfy.
I felt uncomfortable as soon as I realized the "driving" was on rails.
Still, I feel what you're getting at. The bois dynamic worked really well and was more natural than any other JRPG, even if it wasn't perfect.
Shame about the gameplay and stitched storyline, though.
Maybe for Square-Enix's next trick they can develop a fucking video game instead of $300,000,000 worth of CGI movies and multimedia. Fucking cockroaches. A pox upon all past, present and future employees of this cancer.
Tabata was too pure for this world
Simpsons hit and run, no contest
>"driving" was on rails.
well retardo you seem an expert about FF and yet you dont know that later you get a fuckin flying car and offroad car. those are off the rails
Spyro 2
Hi there!
You seem to have made a bit of a mistake in your post. Luckily, the users of Yea Forums are always willing to help you clear this problem right up! You appear to have used a tripcode when posting, but your identity has nothing at all to do with the conversation! Whoops! You should always remember to stop using your tripcode when the thread it was used for is gone, unless another one is started! Posting with a tripcode when it isn't necessary is poor form. You should always try to post anonymously, unless your identity is absolutely vital to the post that you're making!
Now, there's no need to thank me - I'm just doing my bait to help you get used to the anonymous image-board culture!

>engaging with its great gunplay
The gunplay is irritating as shit, though.
You either play with the default settings and let the snap-aim play for you, or you fuck with the settings trying to get 30fps console shooting to feel halfway natural, and it never does.
RDR2 had every potential to be a great immersive sim, but they Miyamoto'd the controls.
I mean how many times did I shoot a motherfucker in the face on accident because the inputs feel like command prompts from 1989?
Also this is going to sound like a huge nitpick, but FUCK games that have manual saves that don't actually load the state 1:1. Motherfucker if I rent a room, go to sleep, save upon waking in the morning, and quit game, I want to reboot the game and be in that fucking room at the same time I saved, not leaning up against a pole at a random time of day.
Fucking sick of this autosave horseshit and games attempting to railroad the player into playing a specific way as determined by the designers who spent a gorillion dollars getting meme artists on their soundtrack but couldn't program a proper control scheme for their mechanically bloated tripe.
Rockstar are, without a doubt, one of the most compensating corporations.
RDR2
That's like the end of the game, and the offroad shit wasn't even in the game on release or anywhere near it, I.E. when I played it, numbnuts.
Imagine getting buttfrustrated defending a company with such a scumbag approach to quote unquote game design.
Say it with me:
Games as a _______!
Sonic Generations, fast paced, easy, and very fun once you know the stages and try to speedrun it
VA-1-HA-11-A easily.
Every other game I played had som level of engagement that kept me "active", but this game had me chill like never before.
WoW Classic. We are almost home.
Buy am arcade machine. Street Fighter.
Civilization IV
Yeah, I know what you mean. But I still find the gunplay enjoyable overall. I play on free aim and it definitely wasn’t fine tuned well enough but it’s still much more fun than playing with auto aim on.
