Basically, anyone with any sort of camera that isn't secured ends up on the web assuming their IP gets sniffed, which always happens. These unsecured cams are then put on the net for everyone to see. We used to have fun stuff like fucking with restaurant staff, playing inappropriate songs in classrooms, and other shenanigans. USA and Japan are the countries with the most unsecured cams, followed by everyone else (only because camera use isn't as common in those countries)
You can find pretty much anything you can think of if it isn't password protected

This takes me back, several years ago I used to check some kind of fitness center in Japan. It seemed to be empty nearly all the time. Most of the time there was nobody there except the trainer clerk, who'd just do stuff there alone like 13 hours a day, clean the space, do paperwork and stuff. It was pretty fascinating. The clerk would be there six days a week for at least 12 hours per day, seemingly doing nothing. The camera eventually had a password added, I guess they noticed that people were panning the camera around. I wonder if things are still the same there
