This is a fucking pain in the ass. Knives initially aim, but after some time they try to predict where you will go, so conventional streaming will probably get you killed. Regular bullets just go wherever so keep them into account.

Thanks for all the advice. I need to get better at streaming, I can stream across the screen once on second non but I have trouble restreaming. And yeah I always die once on crop. Haven't made it past Hunting yet but I'm getting there.

Just to be completely clear here, restreaming is suddenly moving to the edge of the screen to force a gap in the pattern. This is much more effective if you go through a measurable distance (as long as you don't zip from the middle of the screen, of course). Layman's Terms: there's a timing for it, and it's preferible to be too early than too late. Mind you her fucking next to last spell has you restream fast and often because you have to stream in such a way the arrowheads I mentioned won't wall you.
Easy mode doesn't count.

Ah, yeah, second non. It aims pretty accurately, so it's hard not to get walled. If you move just right you can trivialize it by sidestepping left and right, but the timing is tight. MoF has a pretty lenient bomb system so don't be afraid to use them. Until you reach her last spell, that is.

If you're using Marisa B on an unpatched version of the game then you shouldn't have to ask that question.

Does she actually have bomb immunity? her gimmick makes it so most bombs can't reach her at all, of course, but could it still damage her if you were close enough to land it?

Honestly I think it's easier to use Reimu B. It's pretty much the same shot with no glitches and a smaller hitbox to boot.

I'm nowhere near good enough to 1cc any of these games yet (aside from 9 but that hardly counts) so the ending isn't really a factor to me. I'll try using Reimu B, I could really use the smaller hitbox.

I do intend to come back and 1cc some of the games after I play through them all at least once though.

Mostly her fourth attack and her sixth attack I haven't gotten past yet. I still die to all the others every now and then too though. I miss being able to continue during boss fights, that's what carried me through 6 7 and 8
