I usually like to leave lords as their canon or unique classes, so no flying.

Give her heavy armor armor training to get those sweet-ass -3/-5 weight, that way once she gets into her canon lord-line classes which also have heavy armor experience bonuses she'll be a rocket-powered tank doubling thieves and myrmidons and dodging bow attacks, and anything that can actually hit her will do fuck-all damage.
Seriously though, the shit you can do with the four main characters are absolutely absurd.
>Byleth gets Grandmaster-on-steroids with a game with a superior magic system with high utility
>every house leader gets their signature weapon-faire in their unique class line
>Dimitri has almost Chrom-level growths and a unique weapon skill that grants effective damage against fucking everything on top of his already absurd offensive output
>Edelgard's Aymr's Raging Storm is basically a Galeforce 6-pack and has growths competitive with Dimitri's
>bows come packaged with +1 range skills in the archer to bow knight line, and Close Counter for enemy phase builds, and Claude is one of if not the best archer in the game in a Fire Emblem where bows are actually good, and his wyvern-based class line lets him fly around destroying everything with his fucking railgun arm
