If you set the mouse sensitivity on the main menu it doesn't do that, weirdly.

Eh, there are like 2 DLC weapons worth using. The rest is just cosmetics. You can get the DLC for a few dollars.

I usually stand still for a second or two if I hear a medic miss 2 shots.

Usually the next shot misses in front of me when they try to predict my movement.
