Literally a shitty attempt at one-upping SMTII. kys OP you eternally tasteless faggot.

What is it with jRPGs having kino final villains so often? How do they do it?

K-KKKKKINOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO KKKKKKKK KINOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ITS FUCKING K--K-K-K-K-K-KINO KINO KKKKKKKKINOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BING BING WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Go back to work, boomer.

Stephen stands up.

I thought Morrowind and Skyrim had very nice final bosses, WRPG wise.
But u can't beat my boys Zenos and Emet-Selch. Thordan and Nidhogg were pretty baller too

>JRPG
>God is the final boss
Every fucking time.
Can't they do something original for once?

Just barely got to Stormblood, but the fight with Ozma was fucking nuts and I loved it.

Hah. I was gonna post something similar. We really have no community of our own these days. Everything gets infiltrated by fags who think they can just use their retarded vernacular and ruin everything.

Making him as important as he became was silly as fuck. Guy wrote a shitty program with the help of demons and now they make him some almost omnipotent being. Just another reason why SMT went down the drain the moment Okada left and Kaneko became a guest artist.

Assassin's Creed 2 had a fist fight with the fucking pope as a final boss.
After a whole game of build-up.

I love basically every piece of content in this game past level 50. Pre level 50 is good for when you're still leveling but after that it's pretty frusrating losing capstone skills.

I think the place you fight Skyrim's final boss is damn cool but the final boss itself is pretty weak as far as combat goes.
There was a mod that really upped the ante in that fight and made it something more of a real boss.

But that sounds awesome.

Only if you do Dagda's route, but yeah, it's phenomenal

Anything else would be a step down.
Besides, religion and humanity's father complex are still as relevant an issue as ever. Japan, with it's tradition of incorporating several religions simultaneously, but not getting absorbed in any one gives them a unique more objective view point on the matter. Having said that, their story telling tropes are still far too ethereal and spiritual for my tastes.

MT did it first

>hurrr god is the final boss
Cringe

Yeah, it's nothing to write home about but aesthetically it's really nice, and having to clear skies to get rid of his fog is interesting.
I do think Skyrim gets too much shit myself. A lot of it is fucking deserved but I think it did stuff really well in other regards. Better ES than Oblivion, at least.

Good shit
But let’s step it up a notch

Fuck You!

The demiurge is not God, you retard.

There’s only 2 route Dagda’s and the shitty one
You might as well have only 1 choices

>Kills God
>Kills the Church
>Starts the biggest war in modern history
Mankind should be free to carve out and tread their own path!

Attached: 1565870552586.jpg (1920x1482, 240K)

>the d-demiurge is yhvh
>yhvh isn't g-god you guys
If a western company did this Yea Forums would be rioting about Christianity being mocked and white genocire.

I mean, fair is fair Skyrim does lots of stuff wrong or at least in a really ham-handed way.
I think the dungeon leading to Sovengard is neat and indeed pretty fun.

But I feel like Alduin goes down too easy to say that he is an aspect of the dragon god of time. Fighting him in a spiritual place should net him the home advantage and I feel like there was an entire half of the fight we just plum missed.
I don't mind having three extra characters as back-up but he just kinda falls over if you're anything above lv 20.
Not getting armour from his discarded scales was also a bit of a sore point for me personally.

>AGLOPHOGUS!? I THOUGHT I GOT RID OF THAT
>*dentist tools start whirring*

Your faith is cringeworthy.

More like create a whole new universe to end the cycle of death and destruction

As much as people complain about Draugr caves, I actually fucking love dungeon delving in Skyrim. Though it is a high point in Oblivion too.
As for why he goes down so easy, I dunno, too physical of a form? Once he comes back ready to eat the world he can't be stopped unless the plot really fucking decides it'll happen that way.

Definitely think the DDS2 final boss is better

Huh, radio...
What's going on with that radio?

I don't give a fuck what Yea Forums would do you double nigger. If YHVH were God in the sense God is described in the Bible, he'd be omnipotent and therefore unbeatable, which he obviously isn't, since he gets fucked over by an Irish god and his twink. The whole point of the game is that he's a usurper who needs to be taken down.

Honestly played a mage the first time and by the end of it I felt like some kind of ruin-delving scholar that just happened to be the Dragon Born.
Even better in that said fascination with ruins also lead to getting more words of power. It also helps that the mage robes in Skyrim are my favourite in the series. They look so practical.
Its not the best in the series but its still fun enough to do a good few times.

I'll never not feel that Alduin goes down too easy, a guy with the title "The World Eater" shouldn't be such a push-over.
I guess Dragonrend attacks the soul of a dragon directly but all the same, Alduin is still some kind of divine creature. I am also really upset about having to mod in the Alduin dragon plate.
While we're on the subject of Skyrim anyway, I wanna recommend the Vigilant quest mod. Its well worth the time.

Seethe

>plane jousting at incredible speed

>flanderized SMTII final boss instead of trying to do something actually interesting
absolute shit taste, even the strange journey remaster put more effort and that's saying something

>Its not the best in the series but its still fun enough to do a good few times.
It's not my favorite either, but it has my most playtime just because of the world.
I agree that Alduin dies like a little bitch, and it's frustrating. But final bosses haven't tended to be bethesda's strong suit, with their best one being Dagoth Ur. At least they tried, I guess, is all I'm saying.
Thanks for the mod suggestion, I actually used to play a Witchhunter on every playthrough, where I rooted out daedra worshippers. I'm sure that'll go well with that idea.

ONE MORE PORT RELEASED
I AM THE HACK ABOVE OUTSIDE YOU

This
Even fucking Axion we can beat him if we are careful enough, if we can beat yhvh, then we can beat god himself.
Also, YHVH isn't god, the father, Axion, Great will or whatever the name is.
I heard that Axion faced YHVH before right? And in many games he says that HE will be ressurected so...

>that moment when she literally murders the entire audience to fully restore her HP

ONE TODD REJECTED

Alduin is mihraak?

I HAVE YOUR BANK TO THE WALL

Literally XBC2

>God is a great guy
>Your characters thank him for all he's done, and for creating them
>Final boss is God's wayward son, who you fight with God's twin daughters.

Also in Xenogears you rescue God from a Demiurge.

Attached: 1544753171382m.jpg (691x1024, 116K)

>But final bosses haven't tended to be bethesda's strong suit,
I suppose but I can't stop complaining. Almost everything is perfect but the fight itself and that's the part that hurts the most.
Have fun with Vigilant user. That act four is a friggin' ride and if you like that mod I'll also recommend Outbreak.

Is outbreak the zombie one? I haven't modded Skyrim hard in years, and I was never a big quest mod person.
Fair point that I forgot though, especially when I was actually counting expansions for FFXIV bosses.
Almalexia, Hircine, Umaril, Jyggalag, Harkon, and Miraak are actually really fun bosses. So they just fuck up their base game ones.

SMT2 did it better.

No stupid denouncing his Godhood, just smash the shit out of him until he dies. I will admit that his theme is fucking godlike though.

youtu.be/b-uT-MHifKU

For what it's worth you can side with YHVH in megaten

>Is outbreak the zombie one?
Nah, that's a different one.
Outbreak is a trek through the Slave Pits of Pyrite's sphere of Oblivion. Its pretty good.
Vigilant is fantastic and without spoiling much you get a complete ride and probably one of the better stories with Molag Bal.

I can understand not being big on quest mods but I can't not recommend them because they're both just great quality-wise.

SMT YHVH is indeed the god from the bible. That a text written by humans (whom he sees as his slaves) describes him as omnipotent/invincible is perfectly in line with his characterization throughout the series; power-hungry, delusional, psychopathic, etc.

Even Kaneko refers to him as the god of the Old Testament. His armchair folklorist analysis is wrong, though. YHVH/Elohim/the Jewish god is just fanfiction of the Canaanite's patron god El with some monotheism thrown into the mix (likely from early Zoroastrianism).

Well in law route of course

Sounds cool, will definitely look at it. Thanks again.

Sorry, but i can.

Literally cannot.
Everyone is always talking about Yaldabaoth from p5 and how cool he is. Fags, smt4a did it first and better.

Meh, it was done better in SMT2.

>SMT4A did it first

But it's happened before in the same franchise no less.

Even within Persona Yaldabaoth has nothing on Nyx Avatar.

You're welcome user.
Enjoy.

Japan needs Islam.

Nothing wrong.
I would rather have humanity be it's own downfall than suffer under some god or higherbeing with it's own agenda.
If I am gonna suffer it better be because of my own fuck ups

Based and Anguished One pilled.
