You can help Christopher complete his questline of stop being bullied but this will kill Christopher and replace the radio host with the much more dormant Christine. This is of course a silent nod to the fact that many players felt that doing the Confidence Man questline in Fallout 4 ruined Travis.
Christopher is pro Brotherhood because he thinks they are just and honest. Even thoguh they are hell bent on destrying his kind, see his "west tek-propaganda" radio station as a threat and will eventually lead to his demise if his questy chain is completed.
