Fate/Grand Order is surprisingly fair since all the servants are usable even during the hardest content and there is no real powercreep. Some free welfare servants are even far better than the gacha ones.

The least egregious are games like Xenoblade 2 where you buy the game but otherwise the gacha is only in-game resources, and even then they'd be much better without the system at all.

Dokkan hands out shit loads of stones and while there is power creep even 2 year old units can still steamroll all but the hardest content (SBR)

mahjong soul
the characters and cosmetics do not impact the gameplay at all, and instead of being a very grindy gacha it becomes a great mahjong client with cute anime girl avatars. the gameplay is like gambling too, and the super rare hand pull rates are approximately the same as a 5* in FGO so all you addicts can fuel your addictions without wasting fifty grand of real dollarydoos.
