Deconstructive/Subversive Horror, I'd say.
Except for Undertale, which is just a novelty/dialogue-driven shallow arpg type deal and doesn't belong on that list at all.

All very Cabin in the Woods type deals, where it's just a thin veneer of a genre that's being launched into another. I don't think any of them remotely approach Cabin in the Woods level of doing it, though. They're all bad.

Indie games that became super popular by appealing to teenage sensibilities (I love Undertale and DDLC, but the writing in those games aren't the reason why they blew up as hard as they did)

I never understood the hate for Baldi. It's literally a meme game that has the purpose of dabbing on the indie horror genre that tries too hard to be edgy and/or deep.
It's YouTube bait for sure, no doubt about that, but its premise is hilarious. The "monsters" are literally children, your teacher, and the principal and the items you collect are soda and shit.

Doki Doki is a Psychological horror game
Two of them are just RPG/Action games. Yes I know Bendy leans towards horror but just falls into an action due to its sudden mid-way change in tone.
Baldi is literally just one big glorified shitpost that parodies old educational games from the 90s.

Undertale doesn't belong here, it's an actual game. The others are just meme bullshit.

I always thought the "creepy" stuff in Baldi was just being played for laughs. Not that it was satirizing anything, but kind of like old adult swim jokes you'd see in Xavier The Renegade Angel, or anything else made by those people. It was so weird to me to see it taken at face value.

Genres have to be at least loosely connected. You couldn't group these together by a single theme.

I don't understand Bendy and Baldi.

Fnaf1 was a genuinely neat little concept for a game. Strong atmosphere and art direction even if the gameplay was weak. Doki Doki has good production value and some well-executed twists.

Bendy and Baldi do nothing with their concepts. Rubberhose horror has the potential to be terrifying, but instead you just throw generic ink monsters and generic "corrupted" characters at the player. Baldi was made for a brief game jam iirc and it shows, it really doesn't feel like an edutainment game in the slightest.

I don't think Undertale and Doki Doki are nearly in the same category as Bendy and Baldi's.

Undertale is still relevant four, nearly five years later due to Deltarune.

Doki Doki was supposed to have more fuckery in it, like each girl being able to take over each file but the guy got scared that this would be too much breaching privacy and shit like how Monika can say your PC name etc, then again the Meme VN is literally an ad for his other game and never came out
