WHY didn't you tell me this game was based?
Note: I have never played a David Cage game before and have only done 3 Telltale games before (Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Batman)
WHY didn't you tell me this game was based?
Connor was the biggest based
Davis Cage games are bad for sure by any objective measure but I absolutely love them. Even Omikron when I wasnt running into game breaking bugs. You can attribute that to my shit taste I guess.
the biggest TWINK maybe.
It’s blows any Telltale or those god awful Life is Strange games out of the water when it comes to player choice, and it has the flowcharts to prove it
Kara is CUTE
I liked Kara a lot. And Connor's story obviously was fantastic. Markus can suck a dick though
>people complain that the story is "generic"
>these people almost always never make it so that a character does something interesting and instead is just a moralfag that always does the "right" options
If you want to change shit up kill Markus or turn him into an evil asshole, make Connor a T-1000 and have Kara trying to escape the country before a civil war breaks out instead of just having everything be a squeaky clean "good" route.
>literally every work of fiction about robots has the same plot
why do they keep doing it
But the flowcharts prove it's NOT awful Telltale nonesense.
>same plot
confirmed for having not played it
1/3 of the game is based.
You have to suffer through Kara and Markus in order to get to it. 1/3 is a failing grade.
your life is a failing grade
Its a funny shit show desu.
This game is unironically a pleb filter.
David Cage should stop making games.
If I wanted a shitty comeback I'd wipe it off your mother's face.
>imagine being this assmad
>But the flowcharts prove it's NOT awful Telltale nonesense.
That's literally the exact point he was making. Please make sure you are reading the posts you're replying to.
so when will it come to pc?
fuck off, dipshit, I'm drunk. fite me.
Lol roboshwitz
> Imagine defending a shitty written game.
It's only good for being bad. Prove me wrong fggt.
why would I care about proving you wrong? you like being a contrarian rectally rekt retard. why should I waste effort trying to convince you this game is good?
Hank and Connor best pairing
i was surprised that the choices actually made a difference. it ends in completely fucking different ways.
i didn't choose a popular ending but i loved it more than any of the "good" endings. some main characters should die
Based.
bingo. this is the way i played. i basically wanted to give everybody a little hope and have it all fall apart at the end.
like you're almost there. you're going to fucking win. then it's over. all hope is lost in an instant.
Then why bother reply if you don’t care about his opinion?
My favorite part of the game was talking the guy down in the beginning only to shoot him once he chilled out and let the girl go
Why are you so invested in a shitty video game? The story's garbage by literature standards and the gameplay's garbage by video game standards. Are you one of those homos constantly posting your unwarranted lust for Connor and mistook Hank's comradery for wanting a sexual relationship with another man?
(You)
Yeah man that's a great game you got the steam link for it?
This
>you lied to me user
>The stories and information discussed here were autistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything spoken here as fact.
Kara is cute and so is Alice!
and they're cuter together
CUTE!
I dropped it when the game attempted to make me do chores. I'm not going to press X or O to pick up trash or store painbrushes to advance the game. I can just play it on youtube and see the best parts there.
only closeted homos don't lust for based Connor
>queer posting
Neck yourself tranny.
just stating facts, not preferences, user.
and your post is a non-sequitur.
Yeah this is exactly what I did. It was so fucked up. I loved it.
ridicule. boredom. inebriation.
take your pic.
to be fair it is coming to pc later this year
>have connor become really good friends with Hank throughout the game, even deciding not to kill the girl android to talk to the creator guy
>kill Markus aboard the Jericho so that North takes his place
> as Connor is sniping North, Hank interrupts, they fight, and at the end Connor kills him
I fucking loved it. You have this beautiful friendship that gets torn apart in such a bloody way all because of ideological differences. Connor teaches Hank that Androids can feel just like humans, and its connor that Hank has to stop to ensure that Androids get human rights, arguably proving Hank's new outlook incorrect.
Much better than just "Androids R people 2 you guys! Now let's all be happy!"
Best playthrough is having a Markus that initially is sympathetic to the audience and then gets increasingly more and more unhinged until he is a violent extremist. Meanwhile Connor has to struggle with the fact that he unknowingly has been programmed to be a deviant, and tries to handle this by becoming much more extreme in his police duties in order to prove to himself that he is loyal and not defective, ultimately coming to the conclusion that despite having free will he chooses the human side anyway having grown to respect hank as an example of human suffering and sees markus as a danger to the peace.
kara you can just do whatever with she honestly is a throwaway part of the story and barely affects the main plot
>kara you can just do whatever with she honestly is a throwaway part of the story and barely affects the main plot
basically. on a later playthrough, I had her and Alice die at the highway scene and it made the story much more streamlined.
It was a cringe compilation. Only Markus and Connor were good.
Meh, it was mediocre. Felt like just a civil rights story with androids shoved in. Failed to bring any interesting ideas to the robot genre.
doing peaceful markus is gay as fuck and you should feel bad for removing any tension in the story
