If you like Gundam, MS Saga a New Dawn. Only turn based game I like but if you don't know what you're doing you will get royally fucked up the ass. Keep a sheet of paper around to write down the enemies' moves and try to work around that if you keep getting killed a lot.

I cant believe how fun I have emulating this game when I already played it so much back then in my PS2.
I seriously cant think of many other jrpgs with as much side content.
