So they're reusing the old recordings for most characters save for Mr. Krabs. Does this mean they aren't recording any new lines for Spongebob, Patrick, etc?
We don't have a definitive answer to that at the moment. If Glove World is a fully-featured world, they'll need new lines because new conversations are a must.

There are post-movie episodes that are decent. I'd much prefer it to focus on the first three seasons, but if there's some mild fan-service for those past it, I'd be fine.

Glove World won't be in. The pier already serves its purpose. And if you remove that, you gimp Goo Lagoon. It's too big of a change.
It seems like this is a passion project from people who grew up with the game and the first three seasons. I think we're in good hands.

Most of their complaints are rightful. The later seasons stray from the comedy, characterization and pace of the original three seasons. I do admit there are outliers though.
