If you're familiar with ProtoMagicalGirl from GDQ, that's the guy. Around start of this year he had realization that he was housing multiple identities, and now he's signing each tweet with which personality wrote it.
They don't. Proto used to be kinda high up on GDQ ladder, but was let go after shit like this made them a liability.

In XIV it refers to social autists that only communicate using emotes. Real world a lot of trans people pick up nonverbalism as a trait because they don't want to put effort into vocal training and hate themselves. They can use it as a disability and apply for neetbux and certain educational funding for disabled students if you can get a doctor to write off on it, so it's actually pretty useful.
