Honestly, if we talk about rest of the life, i would've been satisfied with Factorio alone. But i'll add RTCW to the list. I can't think of 3rd game. Maybe LoL's arams, dunno.

FFXI online - simply because the amount of hours you can squeeze out of this game if you're going for unlocking ultimate weapons for every single job. It's literally 10s of thousands of hours, since you could just make multiple accounts, create your own bot party and use that to farm money, items, etc. Each character itself is thousands of hours of investment to get them items, get quests done, etc.
Witcher 3 because I spent 230 hours on a single playthrough and could easily see myself returning to do that again in a few years.
Company of Heroes 2 - I already have over 5500 hours in this game, so I could easily keep playing it for years to come.
