Asumming the previous owner didnt gorilla smash it, it should be fine. Worst case scenario there are hardware mods that let you replace the disc drive with an SD card reader that accepts isos.

Saturn sold really well in Japan. It's just in the West that it failed.

They're more common than N64s.

I just started it and it seems to be quite story heavy so be prepared for that,definetly worth playing though.

theres no doubt that the genesis version is more similar to the old sonic games in terms of soundtrack but i think the saturn version was more unique

Its an arcade style score attack game where you try to finish the levels as fast and as smoothly as possible, pulling off combos.

Its also got an amazing story and atmosphere, but liking that is more of a "on a personal basis" level.
