That first sentence is some AVGN shit. Tutorials pretty fucking short and what was he expecting from a management game? Last management game I played before this was roller coaster tycoon 2 and there was way more to learn in that.
I can agree with some gripes about the game like how mind numbing the game is until day 25, then it goes from mind numbing to holy shit how do I deal with this, there's no real in between so it could hit people pretty hard. After that the game smoothly sends one challenge after the other which is great but if you have a fucked up facility and are forced to restart at some point, it could really just make people give up.

I would still recommend pausing every time she teleports, agents wandering corridors are retarded and can be hit multiple times if they aggro onto her from the wrong direction, which will kill literally any agent. Just pause when she teleports to see where she pops out, I've had agents finish work and walk into her maw.

I'm genuinely curious if these are new managers or just RPfags.
Dumbest way to say it is Fallout Shelter + SCP, most people hate to call it that but that's the broadest way to put it. Mostly every day you choose an abnormality out of 3, and you hire agents to work on them to gain your daily energy quota for the day. You have four options to work on the abno's and each abno likes certain works done on them. Abno's will also have unique criterias for each one, like if you send someone too weak or too strong to an abno they can straight up kill your agent or breach their containment cell, which then you have to fight them back into their cell. The energy you collect from each abno can be used to learn more things about them and to obtain gear specific to that abno. As time goes on you have a huge puzzle facility where screwing up on one abno will cause them to murder some employees, and then you forget to pick up your ticket so the train starts chugging along to murder your employees, and then you have an abno that hates seeing employees die so they breach, and then one abno hates seeing other abnos breach so they breach, and since that one just breached and walked by a different abno chilling in their cell, that one breaches.

You play as a rebel insider, disguising himself/herself as a clerk, and going through hallways collecting information about the facility. Your main objective is to release these poor cute creatures so they can taste freedom again, but the release methods vary and you have to make sure your own position isn't compromised.

They can be tricky if you don't have any good gear but they aren't bad later on. Resetting isn't a bad thing anyway. You'll have to reset multiple times to see all anomalies and endings anyway and you keep a lot of your progress.

True, but I think the game is meant to punish you if you make a minor mistake. A lot of abnos are easy to manage, so any slip-up will give bad results. Some user asked before about what's stopping us from just staying one day grinding consistently. The downside is that if you forget one detail from one abno (and it will happen even if you think not) some employee is gonna die, and now you'll have to restart the day and lose all the progress you made.

If you're really going to do it, make sure to delete all clerks by meltdown Nº4. Might sound like a meme but i had no problems with red+wolf during hokma because i deleted them. If no abnos breach then red won't breach.
Also, make sure to keep count on who worked on red/wolf. If you mix them up it'll lower the QCounter by 1 each time and if you do break them out make sure wolf is first, he'll run faster than little red, causing her to not activate kaioken

You're already making an employee useless after using it, forcing people to grind their employee back up again is ridiculous. There's nobody that'd rather do than than just restart the day.
Alternatively they spend LOB to re-level the employee in which case you have a tool as gamey as WCCA where you're essentially trading LOB for energy, which is also fucking lame.

Yeah it's pretty damn useless then. Permanently gimping your agent to get through a day quicker is rarely going to be worth it.
The problem is that it's a permanent loss for some boxes which aren't that hard to come by and you'll rarely be in such a desperate need for them. I'd make it give less boxes but make the stat down only last until the end of the day and maybe make it lower the stats of multiple employees. I'd also say making it give you a % of missing energy would be cool as it'd make it better at the start of the day when it's riskier to use.

You should pick up the goodest boy, his gear makes her laughably easy.
