I am using Windows 10 LTSC 2019. It is a brach for long-term support (10 years). The current base is Build 1809. LTSC is meant for stability. It only gets security updates, no feature updates. The reason I use LTSC apart from being stable is that I can still play latest games, install newer drivers manually, without the bloat of having UWP apps preinstalled on Windows. It also gives me more controls over updates and settings since LTSC is Enterprise.
