Yes. 5/MCC/Wars1+2 are all on it.
When MCC is on PC it will most likely be on it as well, but like others said I’d probably wait unless you want to play gears 5 for a few months.

On Xbox Game Pass for PC, only the two twin stick shooters (Spartan Assault, Spartan Strike), then Halo Wars: Definitive Edition and Halo Wars 2 are available. Halo 5: Guardians is only on Xbox One (but Halo 5: Forge is free to play on Windows 10). Whenever The Master Chief Collection is available on PC then it will mostly likely come to PC game pass as well.
