With WoW Classic coming out the only worthwhile private servers are TBC and above. ANY Vanilla private server that releases now is going to be infested with chink and slavs who can't afford the sub fee, and filled with corrupt GMs who are there to line their pockets by selling gold, items and premade characters.

Blizzard actively removes players if they're clearly invading servers which aren't designated for their country.
