Good ones that i played are silent hill 2 3 (4) and fatal frame 1

it's alright gameplay-wise, really fucking creepy and disturbing at the end

play Haunting Ground and Fatal Frame 1-3, clock tower 3 is weird but interesting too

>Fatal Frame
I've heard these are literally unbeatable in emulator

Best PS2 horror games are Silent Hill series, Resident Evil series, Project Zero series, Clock tower 3, Haunting Grounds and Siren 1&2.

It's below mediocrity only interesting thing about is unique the setting. Gameplay and story are both shit.

it's great

The first one has a bug that makes it unbeatable, but it's very easily worked around by changing a setting.

>Is this any good?
No, because no porn, not good.

________

Just software mode?

Siren is pretty good

Anything really obscure? Untranslated is fine too

Which of you two is telling the truth?

>FromSoft
Is it connect to Sekirō?

I think that's what it was, yeah. I know it's playable from start to finish once you get that sorted, since I beat it. It's been a few years, so they might have even fixed that problem as well.

>If you're actually asking and this is the first time you've heard of Kuon
Fromsoft have a bunch of other series', some of which have sequels and references some of them don't. Kuon is a standalone game.
>If you're shitposting
fuck off

Here’s your obscure PS2 game, bro

I realized this one second after making the post. Fuck you

Michigan is a bit janky but it's very unique. Lifeline the game were you guide the girl with your voice is unique too but I haven't played it.

Seconding Michigan. It's worth at least a playthrough. I think it might be one of the only games ever made without a true fail state.

Hungry Ghosts Japan oy untranslated.

>Shitposting
Nope. Damn shame it's not connected, could've been an interesting expansion setting for the lore.

Still gets a chuckle outta me

Sekiro so far is unconnected, but if you like game connection autism I've got you covered.
There's:
>Kings Field to Souls
>Armored Core 1 to Last Raven
>Drakengard 1 to Nier Automata
>Evergrace to Forever Kingdom

I can't get over the "combat" in FF. I tried the first one and the one on the Wii U and while I thought the setting was pretty damn cool, I never could get over the combat controls.
Strangely, I finished that Indonesian FF-clone that was probably inferior in every single way

Its okay. Kinda mediocre for the most part but has occasional bright spot going on. Worth playing through once (with all 3 characters). Also its a curiosity since it already has a lot of the same gameplay Demon's Souls eventually had, even the spell system is exactly the same.

No, it takes place few hundred years before Sengoku Jidai-period. Would be cool if they were set in the same universe though.
