He likes em young

the boar...

He does in BE and BL
If you kill him in BE he calls Dimitri by name and their BL ending is ultimate bromance

I wish Edelgard was a man. I want to shitpost about how the Black Eagles did nothing wrong and how killing innocents is a good thing, but that just makes you look like a beta whiteknight.

Next time bring your friends.

I like the Golden Deer path so far. I'm at the town are now. The class seems like a nice group of friends that do goofy stuff. I think it's just because of Claude and Hilda laughing at everyone.
Although most students seem goofier everyone in BL route was super serious. Like Ingrid/Mercedes not wanting to be married or Sylvain hating crests.
It's nice so far.

>literally tells Ingrid to stop LARPing as a man and have sex

I'm I the only one who finds it depressing that like half of Dimitri's endings mention how he dies before any of his partners or friends?
Marrianne and Dedue's specifically get me

Attached: 1564492758776.jpg (1018x1601, 176K)

Is he better with or without a battalion

>everyone in BL route was super serious
Probably because they're all coping with PTSD

le boar

Without. He gets a 5 damage boost, coupled with his 10% MT increase from his crest and deathblow if you get it he is insane.

Without, the battalion might add more stats late game, but it means you don't need to invest in Authority at all.

I understand that. I just enjoy the change of pace in the deer route. I still really enjoyed the lions I just thought I'd miss the characters more.

Conquest was easier than Three Houses and if you disagree you started with Fates because Smash introduced you to Corrin. I've played every FE game, don't pretend to know more than me.

I think his constant headaches are a reference to that, he probably had a brain tumor or something.

What should I even train him in then? All in on sword?

JUSTFUCKINGEATIT

Attached: lysithea_x_felix.jpg (900x476, 75K)

Please post images of Ingrid hating black people. I need them for reasons.

>Felix cucked Sylvain in my run
ayy lmao

Attached: cucked.jpg (1280x720, 201K)

He's really good with anything other than magic.
He's too 3 with bow, sword, axe, spear, fists.
He's an amazing unit.

Sword definitley. He is built to be a Swordmaster.
Getting C in Axes early on is worth it for Brigand (Deathblow)

>I thought he was a fucking complete dick
>timeskip
>he was right all along

Attached: 1349956477586909758.jpg (276x277, 8K)

He is an amazing Swordmaster, and the best Mortal Savant thanks to his Black Magic crit ability. Mortal Savant is still straight worse than Swordmaster, but if you want one, he's it.
I imagine his growths would make an amazing War Master too.

He's actually good with magic late game cos he crits on every single attack + he gets thunder and thoron. He makes a pretty good Mortal Savant. But I prefer him as just pure Swordmaster.

Pathetic

Attached: 9C25ADAF-B102-4D1A-8233-6DC79D53932E.jpg (1024x576, 93K)

I mean did you already forget how Dimitri lost his shit in the village, over the Flame Emperor's identity and when Edeltard led the attack on Garreg Mach?

>Losing his sword arm.
Sad. In my game he married Bernie. Sylvain married Ingrid it isn't very good.

His magic growth is pretty good, he just doesn't get enough spells. He really just gets Thoron, and a Levin Sword+ gets the range anyway.

Attached: theboar.png (349x360, 185K)

My Felix cucked Ingrid by accident

He's top 3 in everything but magic. Though obviously swords are his thing. He even gets a special one from his dad.

>Felix's C support with Dedue
How exactly is that "supporting"? Kek
He basically called him a rabid nigger

>know only one person that likes Ingrid
>he's black

Doesn't he just gets the Aegis shield?

>Would you rape babies and burn down a village for the boar?
>Yes.
>F-Fuck you, dog...

The bear and the boar

He gets the only magic he needs, the ones with the highest crit to compliment Black Magic Crit +20

Assassin >= Swordmaster > Bow Knight > Wyvern Rider

He gets a mystic sword if you talk to his dad in one of the missions. The volcano thing. Plus sword of Zoltan or whatever in Dimitri support. But mystic sword is better.

>loses his sword arm
>can fruit ninja a dozen logs midair in his teens
>grows into a full on weeb with a 4 extra swords on his back with a shield that doesn't afraid of anything while shooting kamehameha lightning jutsu

>Bow Knight
No

>Black Magic Crit +20
It's +10, which he also gets for Swords at S. Again, he's the best Mortal Savant in the game, but he's just better with the superior Swordmaster growths.

Why am I even here

If you class him into Bow Knight after going full Swordmaster/Assassin he becomes amazing.
Even more so if you go Brigand and get Deathblow.

30x4 from Brave Bow at 5 range with 90% accuracy is good.

Felix was my favorite blue lion.

>Sylvain married Ingrid it isn't very good.
Disagree, coupled with their A+ their ending is fucking kino.

Dimitri Dedue Felix and Sylvain are all god tier. GD has the best girls and BL has the best boys. BE has a mix of both.

Felix was my favorite Golden Deer.

Astra is inefficient as fuck but GOD the animation looks cool.

How do you get mithril? It seems like I'm always out even when I break every monster square.

I WANT SOTHIS TO PLANT HER FAT LOLIBABA ASS ON MY FACE

I'm annoyed that you cant use it cross-class. Mastering Swordmaster is such a waste of time.

Why does golden deer get all of the fun meme pictures? Not fair bros.

*NO DAMAGE*

Dimitri/Marianne
Sylvain/Mercedes
Felix/Dorothea
Dedue/Ashe

>he doesn’t give a crap about Dimitri’s death in GD
That’s objectively false because he laments over Dimitri’s death after that chapter.

They are the more laidback, goofy house.

Attached: Golden Rangers.jpg (1920x1879, 725K)

I can see where Seiros gets her hips from, goddamn. The fact that you can't stab your sword of the creator into Sothis' disproportionate lolibutt is fucked up if you ask me.

I can see Mercedes leaving. Especially for church route.

WEAK.

Surprisingly, no. Like every other physical character in this game, he is best as a Wyvern Lord or War Master.

>taking from other houses
>not kill every last one of them

just wait for the Sothis route DLC

I love this pic

Stop this meme.

Wait. Felix can save Lysithea, even without the whole divine magic or power of science shtick?

Does he just fuck her into wellness?

Dimitri/Byleth (Dedue if M!Byleth)
Sylvain/Mercedes
Felix/Annette
Ashe/Ingrid

Meme pictures for a meme house.

I recruited Ferdie in my BL playthrough but it feels off. There is no way he would actually join at this point in the story. After Edelgard fucks him over he probably would. Are there any BE units that would join BL?

>meme
he's right though

literally vergil

Felix's timeskip design is great. Most males got an upgrade.

Mercedes since she's of Imp birth, Ashe when the church fucks over Muh Lonato

Not a meme. There is nothing Swordmaster does that another class cannot. Swordfaire/Sword Crit +10/Wo Dao+? Fistfaire/Crit +20/Killer Knuckles has it beat.

On my first playthrough I made Byleth Swordmaster to get Astra because I thought it would function like the other games, but it didn't and was a waste of time. I ended up keeping Byleth as Enlightened One.

Ashe and Ingrid are currently the only pairing I give enough of a shit about to tell you motherfuckers that this is the CUTEST FUCKING SUPPORT CHAIN I'VE EVER FUCKING READ

you read his question wrong

I want to be gangbanged by Claude, Raphael, and Felix.

I said BE joining BL not the other way around

Caspar doesn't seem loyal to the empire at all honestly. Linhardt doesn't like he would enjoy the strictness of Edelgard. Bernie would probably want to get away from her father. Dorothea seems like she only joined BE to stick it to nobles.

because they are superior to other houses

Attached: ungaungaunga.jpg (1280x720, 141K)

Enlightened is probably the optimal endgame class unless you want wyvern for mobility. The stats always seemed higher than most master classes, and you can use magic in a pinch.

Oh shit, I'm sorry.

But Edelgard is the one that instigated his rebellion.

Linhardt has no interest in anything but sleep and research.
Bernie hates her dad.
Edelgard imprisons Ferdinand's father .
Petra wants to free Brigid from the empire.
Dorothea only cares about getting married to someone.

Most of the BEs make sense should they turn their backs to the empire.

Sylvain and Ferdinand are my favorite timeskip designs

Fist Felix is the best though, especially in the early game. Double tapping on his personal skill and Death Blow makes him a Player Phase death machine, and that's before you factor in the higher effective crit rate which gets even higher once he reaches War Master. Sure, he'll have less avoid, but he'll have more HP and free Pavise/Aegis from his relic will fill the gap in tankiness.

R8 our empress

Attached: ECo8G_pUwAAVOjG[1].png (679x473, 811K)

Why not? She killed his dad and did horrible things in part 1

Hero cause he gets a cool shield.

>Dorothea only cares about getting married to someone
Slut

Now that I think about it Blue Lions are the only ones that make sense to be loyal.

>just got Dimitri and Marriane's A-Support

Muh poor little heart can't take this...

Attached: 1489648525256.jpg (800x450, 45K)

She cures his disdain for sweets.
She dies sometime after war.
Felix eats cake every day in memory of his wife.

GD is the reddit house
BE is the furaffinity house
BL is the Yea Forums house

Minmaxxing will only ruin the game. It's easy as is there's no need to go baby mode. I doubt the higher difficulties will require it.

>blue lioncels

Attached: D06BE681-4475-490D-8AEA-6551D35DE49A.jpg (1280x720, 156K)

BE is resetera’s favorite actually

Obviously anyone who's using fists will be a War Master, so obviously they'll have axe proficiency too for when they need raw Mt. But axes don't get to be Killer and Brave at the same time.

Fuck women and crestwhores

I don't like that.

Linhardt and Petra make sense, as does Ferdinand after chapter 11.

Interchangeable, I just picked the cringiest shit I could think of

he's a magnet for gold diggers

Blue Lions is basically the canon route if not for the Golden Queers actually dealing with Slytherin and Nemesis.

Hell, the entire first part of the game just keeps introducing relatives of BL characters, something that has no real impact on other routes.

>Annette's father
>Mercedes's brother
>Sylvain's brother
>Felix's father
>LORD LONATO

Just talking about it makes me not want to even bother with a full Bleagles playthrough.

>don't minmax
>in a strategy game

Does Sylvain hate Dorothea? She stands for everything he is against right?
Ending where he kills her in her sleep when?

>maddening has fortress knights with 40+ def at lvl 30

I started Binding Blade about year ago but lost interest around 14 chapters in. I finished up 3H and really enjoyed it, is it worth going back to FE7 and finishing that too?

Attached: 1566499844718.png (512x512, 119K)

Crest-tumor Edelgard when?

He does but they learn to accept each other’s existence
What sylvain really needed was a pure girl to heal him and luckily the blue lions has the three most pure girls in the game

His A support with Mercedes hit me right in the feels. He's a good guy deep down.

Do you grind battles every other week?

Choosing a brawler to fight a fortress knight was your first mistake.

Attached: leonie_portrait_5_years.png (350x350, 104K)

It's a bit barebones compared to 3H, but it's still a decent game in its own right.

>you'll never be a knight go find a husband
Extremely fucking based
Feminists on suicide watch

Yeah, FE7 is alright. Just make sure you get a completed save file so you can start in Lyn Hard or skip Lyn entirely.

>What are mages

Linhardt would love to study Byleth's crest

Leonie would be a toptier girl if her supports weren't so shit, even her epilogue with Manleth is shit.

What do you mean deep down? He's very obviously a good guy on the surface, just a little shallow.

Very boring. His best ending is with Felix by the way.

>dimitri, felix, byleth, sylvain, and ferdinand all Brigands wielding spears
This NG+ team is going to be a tactical nuke

>listen to Yea Forums and made Felix stay swordmaster instead of mortal savant
>everyone else in the party moves faster than him
>Astra FUCKEN SUCKS

Attached: 475E6E39-3D0E-42D7-B1FA-D761C227FD98.jpg (2048x1823, 405K)

The reason he got over not liking sweets because Lysithea figured out a low sugar recipe for cake.
So he'd likely not develop the beetus.

Possibly. You'd more than likely like Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.
maybe even Geneology and Thracia 776.

>Beagles fight against Dmitri
>get absolutely pounded into the dirt way before I get to him
fucking hell I knew I was bad at this game but damn

Petra and Bernie can also make use of fists due to crit and flat damage synergy. Ultra light early game brave weapons are wack.

Sorry for what?
Our daddy told us not to be ashamed of our dicks

Attached: 84B10FDC-8A6E-4C47-B1B4-5048FA7F1C08.jpg (831x900, 77K)

Her supports with other characters are surprisingly bad too. Lysithea and Shamirs contradict each other and Leonie agrees with both.
Sylvain support with her is great.
>You're a woman in theory.

>Is he better with or without a battalion
In Part 1 absolutely without, just train his Sword or Gauntlet or Bow to A depending on what class you want for him.

Once he gets a weapon rank to A I'd recommend rushing his Authority to B, at rank B he can easily get a Battalion that not only gives him more than +5 damage, but also evade/ crit/ protection and more.

Mortal savant is good late game, it just lacks the speed of swordmaster. But Felix already has 55 speed growth so it really doesn't hurt him much.
He also makes a good Assassin late game which I think gives him some extra movement.

Sylvain has no bad supports.

Her post timeskip design is certainly top tier, her personality certainly is not

You're not supposed to USE astra, silly. It's always been weak.
The real move is to go Assassin. 6 Mv + no terrain movement penalties + bows + stealth + Lethality is a way better package than Swordmaster any day

>Making unmounted units

plebs

>get the 'no homo' ending with Slyvain
>ending says they die on the same day through psychic gayness

Assassins ignores terrain movement?
Why does the game never explain these fucken things?

His +5 mt bonus from lone wolf is still good even endgame. Pretty sure that bonus adds on after defenses

This set or next probably - we're getting two back-to-back Three Houses sets. That's 100 or so cards.

I don't understand this picture.

Attached: two-presidents-died-on-the-same-july-4-coincidence-or-something-mores-featured-photo.jpg (768x432, 41K)

Enjoy your -10% speed growth

>thought I would hate him by the end, never care fpr edgelords
>one of the best written characters in the game, great unit, good supports, some of the best acting among the cast
The sword autist was too damn lovable.

Attached: c3e6b78c-5ea0-4d96-974d-0d8c52275d5f.png (608x900, 447K)

Thieves too.
And enemy ones get Pass in Lunatic.

It does, you have to read
It lacks the STR growth of swordmaster tho, so best move is to make him swordmaster first then go assassin late game

What's the point of the magic weapons? Is it just incase you don't have a magic user/armorslayer for fortress knights?

To be entirely fair, the Blue Lions are by far the most dangerous house to fight. I once watched NPC Ingrid alone solo the entire NPC Black Eagles in the Battle of the Eagle and the Lion, and Dimitri tore through my tanks when I tried baiting him out.

oh no, 1 point in 10 levels in a game with farmable speed boosters, whatever will I do

The fish...

Attached: corrupted.png (1280x720, 1.65M)

play the game inefficiently apparently

>pair Felix and Leonie
>they become mercenaries and drinking bros, Felix gets pissed because Leonie always gets drunk and leaves him with the bill
Honestly felt perfect for the bpth of them

Attached: Leonie_SRank.png (1920x1382, 2.65M)

Oh, definitely, Lone Wolf is always good. I still like giving him a B-rank Battalion in the late game because gambits are always useful to have and giving him more crit, protection and avoid is nice, even though he probably doesn't need it.

Ingrid killed the entire black eagle house in my deer playthrough.
It was surprising. Especially when they got a stat up and I got a stat down.

They have a few uses
>physical units who still have good Mag growths, like Byleth and Edelgard
>can be used with combat arts
>won't run out of uses in one battle, although by the time you get them that shouldn't be a concern

>spends 3 extra turns moving through a bush
>flies bush 1-shot enemies
>canto flies back to bush for safety
>m-muh 1 extra spd for ebin dodge tank
pottery

UHH...

Attached: 1566596630766.jpg (1024x1024, 153K)

>3 range when forged
>Late game, become better armor-killers than armorslayers/hammers
>Allows mages to do damage with weapon attacks

I can't even get to Dedue without losing almost everyone. Why the fuck did the game decide to get hard?

>not having 7 Mv by Chapter 4 is playing efficiently

Sylvain and Ingrid's last support is fucking 10/10

Sylvain, the pussy slayer, is actually flustered and calls her beautiful. Ingrid catches this and is flattered, to say the least.

>not just using stride on your units so they can literally walk across the entire map in 1 turn

The teachers mission sucks. Rushing to big boob woman hoping she doesn't die isn't very fun.
I don't even think I got a reward.

>erased the image instead of using white to erase the text
Top kek

Enemy pegasus knights are an advanced class. 7 mov and lancefaire.

you can do some silly shit with stride + warp

give her a defending adjutant, set her up in the forest with Nosferatu, Stride a flier or two to help ASAP

What class of soldier is Raphael, and what are his stats/abilities/positives?

>dumb Boar, stop trying to throw away the life that was spared and stop obsessing over revenge before it drives you mad
>dumb man of Duscur, stop being a literal pawn, you are your own person, even Dimitri doesn't want you to be one
>dumb Ashe, stop trying to die for your country and live for your country instead
>dumb Ingrid, stop obsessing over the past and harming yourself into depression, Glenn wouldn't want to see you like that
>dumb Sylvain, stop living in this self destructive lifestyle before it permanently warps your perception of people
>dumb dad, all I want is to see is you stop glorifying Glenn's death
>holy shit sensei is so fucking cool, I want to spar with sensei
>ahem, I want to FUCK Annette, Bernie and Lysithea
Felix is the best, the absolute best.

There's implications that Edelgard will also die an early death for the same reason Lysithea can. A lot of her endings involve her vanishing from the public eye.

Attached: 1566590294128.png (1068x1248, 1.81M)

underwhelming everything stat wise
goodboi and positive personality char wise

I managed it. It just seemed really bad. The way the map played out and the story.
End game is war master. Or make him a tank but tanks seem useless in this game.

he's the biggest little shit but he's always right. I love it.

I just wish the attacking gambits were more interesting to use.The range and passive stats end up being the most important factors because the additional effects beyond weakening/immobilizing are detrimental more times than they are helpful. Of course, that's also partly the fault of the game being so easy, but the utility gambits manage to be more interesting regardless even if they are overshadowed by Stride.

Canonically the Blue Lions are probably the strongest as well. In their own route they’re pretty much always up against massively superior forces. There’s no way any other house won the battle of the eagle and the lion desu

I liked him and Seteths support. Seteth says they're similar. Seterh also gives similar advice albeit in a nicer way.

>his taste in waifus is the same as Yea Forums‘s
Ourguy

It's only hard on Eagles/ Deer. Battle of the Eagle and Lion is ludicrously easy otherwise because the NPC Eagles and NPC Deers are pushovers. The NPC Lions are fucking terrifying and some are min-maxed to perfection.

Though it's Ingrid, Dimitri and Dedue that are the horribly broken ones. Sylvain and Ashe aren't a threat and Mercedes and Annette aren't too bad.

I wish I could’ve had that support conversation when I was a teen. Seteth’s advice was seriously good.

Claude's filthy jew tricks.

>Or... perhaps I did imagine it. Often.

I made the right choice bros

Attached: Flayn_SRank.png (1920x1080, 1.53M)

Seteth is a great character and one of the only reasons I'm looking forward to the church route.

NO!

Attached: 1566043656439.png (1919x1085, 1.71M)

Seteth is amazing. He has a ton of fun supports and him turning from a super serious guy to a doting goofball whenever Flayn is involved is amazing.
>Flayn wants fish
>Seteth mobilizes the Black Eagles, the Blue Lions, the Golden Deer, the Church of Seiros AND the Knights of Seiros to go fishing and puts Shamir in charge against her will
>poor Flayn has to apologize to everyone

>She isnt the only one who has the Crest of Cethleann
U S E D
G O O D S

Why does her confession scene look like it's her plotting the guy's murder?

>uses Dimitri's "I'll cut through!" post-timeskip
>honors his father's memory after the boar is redeemed
He really was a good boy all along.

I don't like Sothis. She needed more story.
I hope DLC has her in a prominent role.

Why does she look psychotic 24/7 is a better question

STOP RECONQUERING REEEEEEEE

Attached: 16435C8A-7F9A-44A4-9EAA-198C33E60F90.jpg (1280x720, 174K)

What's with Flayn and fish anyway?

explain this fishfags

One of my favourite lines from him is
>my father would be proud to see how much the boar has matured
>don't you DARE tell the boar

Removing her halfway through was a weird decision. If she was consistently there talking to the player she would have been much better.

I think she looks better post-timeskip so you can eat your heart out

This chair is an eyesore

ingird isn't that much of a threat, she doesn't have enough speed to sit on a bush and evade everything but she'll still double your ass. Dedue has enough def to block almost all physical but still melts to mages, dimitri is only a pain since he'll 1000% trade if he can touch you and still probably live through the first hit.

I don't remember Flayn apologizing.
It made sense for something to lighten the mood though.
The only thing I disliked was his reaction to jeralt's death. He didn't help Byleth at all was only business.

Her mom was good at fishing. That's it.

Attached: 09486AED-F60B-427E-A382-EEAC15D49B9C.png (482x447, 384K)

Her character was really weird. You can only talk to her for a few months then she fucks off until the end.
Why?

Reminder that Ignatz x Marianne is OTP and you cannot change my mind

Thingken of 1000 years of dickings and fish

It's just a running gag, the in universe explanation is that both Flayn and her mother loved to eat fish so it's an emotional thing for her.

How to get good at SRPGs? Everyone on Yea Forums seems like an expert.

Ingrid solos the entire Black Eagle house on hard.

>1st playthrough, hate her timeskip hair
>2nd playthrough, hate her pre-timeskip hair, change to war attire

His supports with Bern are really cute.

it says in the game that crests can be granted through blood transfusions, hence why they wanted her blood in the first half of the game

Learn when to rush and when to turtle. Baiting enemies is a good way to give yourself the advantage in a skirmish, but sometimes rushing the enemy can be better.

Why did they kidnap Flayn? Is that explained anywhere?

she doesn't, stop making shit up
she can dodge like a motherfucker but her spd stat isn't high enough that she can solo shit. its only because she pushes with the rest of the BL that she shines on that map

What is Jeritza's relation to Mercedes and why is this never brought up in BL?
Also is he the DK?

Seteth is lowkey a top 5 character in the entire game.

Attached: Seteth fits in.png (769x546, 351K)

Just takes time. I could barely get through awakening normal the first time but after going through the rest of the series I eventually got gud enough to handle conquest lunatic
There’s a sort of natural intuition you build after a while with fire emblem that will generally keep your units alive and tell you who needs more exp/who you don’t have to worry about.

She got boned by some peasant 1k years ago deal with it

He's her brother and the DK, yes. It is brought up in BL but only if you have Caspar. You get a special death scene with the DK if you do.

I don't disagree that fliers are better, but they don't benefit from terrain m8

I don't know why you're so aggressive. I watched it happen. She killed every Black Eagle but Linhardt, Petra, and Bernie.
Edelgard initiated and Ingrid still killed her.

There are C rank battalions that are better than his ability

For her blood.

>that scene where you pick your S-rank
>sitting there at daddy's grave
>reminiscing about the time he gives you the ring and says "give this to someone you love just like I loved your mother"
>Gilbert/Alois are options here but there's no indication it's actually platonic until you go through with it and see their conversation/ending
I'm shocked I haven't seen any articles/posts from seething homos about this.

Attached: 1566263146857.png (608x500, 254K)

He's Mercedes' little brother and the Death Knight.
If you recruited Caspar, you'd get a paralogue explaining it, and an extra scene of Mercedes holding his body after you kill him in the main story.

The special death scene is garbage.

>Linhardt is the gay prettyboy
>outright asserts his dominance over Byleth and tells Lysithea and Flayn he's going to fuck them lots and give them a family
Linhardt is hilarious, I expected him to be a twink but he ended up being an Alpha Chad.

Recruiting is fucked up

Brother, you need caspar and mercie in a non-BE routh for the para, yes.

You can only use Astra while you're a Swordmaster

He’s neither virgin nor chad, but a wizard who operates completely on his own logic.

yeah cause she soloed everyone, at least keep your retarded claims to yourself unless you can prove a single npc pegasus knight can take on the entire map

They wanted her blood, she has a Major Crest of Saint Cethleann since she is Saint Cethleann.

Recruiting in the Eagles route is absolute garbage. Though it does allow for fun tragic drama, even though it's super out of character and makes no sense.

>make best hunk worst in stats
Why would they do this?

Learning how to properly bait enemies into fighting specific units.

In 3Houses its more important to learn how to use Stride and having a flier/bow knight or two to have options and coverage.
Stride is REALLY fucking good, and Canto with Stride is doubly amazing.

For her blood.
The same blood that affected Jeralt to survive a fatal wound and the reason he's forgotten how old he is

Getting a natural feel of how I should be pacing things is what's fucking with me the most.

I guess this is as good of advice as any

Ask a little bitch who had to turn the difficulty down on BE's final battle anything

>she got raped by a lolicon once upon a time and thats why seteth is so protective
it all makes sense

You should’ve just let your allies die like true knights

He truly is the best and /ourguy/

>Dummy that plays on easy and doesn't understand rng.

I just finished that mission and was mad that nothing was explained with it. I guess that's what I get for only recruiting the girls

It's obvious though.

This game would be better if you couldn't recruit other students and it was designed accordingly.

>offers the slightest of constructive criticism to bernadetta’s paintings that would immensely improve her skills as an artist
>she freaks out and swears to never paint again
Being high IQ is a curse

Why was everyone saying this game was easy? Part 2 was hard as fuck. Definitley harder than Awakening and Fates.

> Flayn has nightmares every time she falls asleep
>Got worse after the Death Knight incident
Every time.
Should've expected it honestly, but dammit I'm a sucker for this shit. Guess it's up to me to fix this.

>implying
>thinks hard was actually difficult
>npcs with set stat somehow beats the odds and dodges everything

your not convincing anyone here that ingrid do the impossible waifufag

I wouldn't say it's harder than Conquest, but I agree with the others.

What the fuck were you doing? I beat it the other day and it was easy.

how underleveled were you?
I was a underleveled, and didn't want to use relics because autism, so it took me 69 turns of carefully baiting named units and kiting dolls with bowknights to beat it

So is it ever fully explained how this fuck is Flayn's uncle and Seteth's brother? I'm guessing it's safe to assume that all the saint's were drags. It's just odd how something so important is just briefly touched upon with vague dialogue

Attached: Macuil.jpg (1000x563, 77K)

What people didn’t realize is that the way to play all fire emblem games is to low man and build your army of elite ubermensch, giving your precious exp to only those who can put it to good use. In three houses you’re forced to stick to the same group the entire game so everyone ends up being well balanced. Also the way it’s set up anyways guarantees you have a good team composition with each house’s characters. Combine this with the large amount of time you get to develop their skills and do grinding battles and building a good army is a million times easier than before. Also divine pulse.
Tl:dr the game naturally railroads you into the correct way of playing fire emblem

>tfw nuked the final boss with every relic I had
Man it was satisfying as fuck after hoarding the relics and never using them out of fellow autism

Why does Edelgard stop the Mausoleum raid or rescue Flayn on BE? I know Edelgard doesn't like the slitherers but would it not have benefited her if these plans succeeded? Do the slitherers not care that Edelgard is constantly fucking up their plans?

For one thing, this game gives you a fuckload of free savestates in every battle. Hard to call it difficult when you've got that going for you. There's a lot of other things that make this game pretty easy but that's the biggest one in my mind.

Seteth is PxZ2 Chrom made into a full fledged character and it is fantastic

People say it's easy because it's so trivial to turn your units into death gods and the enemy units aren't anything unique or stellar until literally the final maps. Not to mention stride/warp/dance shenans

>your do
No wonder you're an ESL.

Best muscle bro

Attached: raphael 2.jpg (1414x792, 697K)

BE route is not well written

Doesn't seem like I am -- it's just that my class choices suck (and me by association). Ferninand is my only mounted unit.

And I don't know how but I never got any relics, just Edgel's and Byleth's

It's just weird that I was breezing through literally everything until the last two maps, now it's suddenly hell

>Macuil
>is Seiros' strategist and 2nd in command
>Sword and Tome
Is he a Robin fanboy or something?

Edelgard and the Slitherers are basically constantly working together while at the same time constantly backstabbing each other

lowmanning is for bitches. max deploy in 3H, this is a player phase game and there's plenty of exp to go around

she doesn't, she's not usable

why must you disrespect my fish wife, she has no direct descendants

the whole point of them masking their identities is so people don't take advantage of their blood

>railroads you
>limited exp
"hard" lets you grind at least somewhere from 4-16 times a month. Nothing about the way fire emblem is played nowadays is hard

Byleth wants to have children, who is the most worthy for that task?

Attached: 534cbc7c948173c2b0553783a92c71df.jpg (1977x2480, 317K)

I chose Flaynn specifically just to piss him off
Can only imagine what his face will look like once I'm balls deep in his sister's cunny

>Had Sylvain in GD
>Would sometimes wonder if he should be here, if he made the right choice leaving Dimitri

DP doesn't make things easier, it makes them less tedious, and tedium is not difficulty. consider that every time you rewind after losing a unit would have been a full reset in FE1-14. people just say this makes it easy because they have been conditioned to assume tedium is difficulty

so does this game explain you shit properly? how do i get good at positioning/baiting units?

Why would the Slitherers ever want to betray Edelgard though? She's their greatest creation and basically the ticket to getting everything they want.

>sister

>Rescue Flayn
>There's also some other student who disappeared a year ago

>The monastery decides that it's a reasonable assumption that she was just kept in this basement for a whole fucking year and is fine to put back in the school
>She acts like a completely different person
This shit is so fucking dumb.

Because Edelgard is constantly fucking with them so they fuck back.

She steps in just as you fight the Death Knight, at least in my game (where I stupidly killed everyone else first and didn't get to kill the boss).
But she basically says, "ok, you've had your fun, enough already."

Yeah yeah I did the mission I know but you get it

I swear Raphael can solo the entire game he's legit broken

What does Felix think about Mercedes

How do you do fellow kids

Attached: fellow kids.jpg (1280x720, 255K)

Even if you just do paralogues and main story your units will easily hit the requirements

Because many are starting their ng+ files but don't have enough self restrain to not use the ng+ perks and play like their first run

Everything surrounding clown bitch are the worst written moments in the game. What was she even supposed to do besides get sacrificed in order to Shadow Realm Byleth?

go find a husband

imagine

But Seteth says that you feel like part of the family when you have both Flayn and Seteth's support ranks.

>DP doesn't make things easier
Yeah, ok bro. Nice assumptions on me actually using it. Divine pulse sure as FUCK makes the game easier if you want to use it because you can make sloppy or high risk plays and just rewind a bit if it doesn't work out. 10% chance to kill an enemy here that would help the player out? Well fuck it, why not try since I can just reload if it doesn't work out. This 90% shot I took at the end of a turn didn't hit, and now I'll be in trouble? Well I'll just reload and do my turn over again, I don't want to deal with that!

I have no doubt that anyone who wants to rely on these savestates instead of playing the game straightforwardly, and who is more intelligent than you apparently are, will find that this already easy game becomes significantly easier.

He didn’t think it would be a big deal at first but then when edeltard declared war on the entire world obviously he regretted not thinking it through better

why shouldn't I? my first run was 80 hours, I'm not spending another 80 catching fish and dropping off fucking lost items and doing side battles every other week

The funniest thing is that Hilda spends like two/three months going "hey guys, Monica seems really dangerous and she spends all her time talking to Edelgard, why isn't anyone investigating Edelgard and Monica"

That's on the player if they want to play it like that.

Only thing I used on NG+ was professor levels and getting supports. Anything else would have trivialized the game desu

Family issues since each is missing a sibling, Felix's older sibling and Mercedes' younger sibling.

restarting the map from scratch every time someone dies doesn't make the game any harder than having a reset button in-game, it just makes things less tedious. You're not 'hardcore' just because you savescum whenever you fuck up instead of using the game's system of savescumming.

*has a 102% chance of critting in your path*

Attached: Portrait_rutger_fe06.png (78x72, 5K)

Git gut.
aka just put your stronger unit in the rank of a single enemy with your whole army behind, with a weak/heavy weapon so he does kill the enemy so you let everyone else gain exp.

Having a safety net for risky, more aggressive plays and shit luck isn't even a bad thing. They just give you way too many uses of it. If DP was capped at 3-5 it would be fine.

Honestly the only issue I got with DP is that you can get so many fucking charges of it.

The concept of it isn’t all that bad. Having to restart an hour long map because of a bullshit crit or 90% miss is extremely frustrating. It’s a little excessive you can get up to 13 motherfucking charges of it though. 5-6 should’ve been the limit

I think only ignatz can get 100% crit in this game.

My Felix ending up marrying Ignrid and lost his sword arm protecting her. Useless slut.

Just move the decimal point 3 times to the left and round down, close enough

Yeah, that seems like a good summary of my post. Excellent work user!

I agree with you that for the enjoyment of most people playing the game, the divine pulse will be a good thing. It's not for me personally but I know that I'm not representative of most of the people who play the game. But the question was whether or not it makes the game easier, and only someone who is a fool or disingenuous would suggest that it doesn't make the game easier.

>when the enemy meteor/bolting caster crits you

Attached: DCA5FBA7-DD56-4787-A0D9-6ED986B5A2FD.jpg (694x757, 177K)

You can get 100 Crit before even considering base stats:
Cursed Ashiya+ 50
Fraldarius Soldiers 20
Sword Crit +10 (Sword S)
Crit +20 (War Master) OR Sword Crit +10 (Swordmaster) and Critical Ring

Why the fuck would he marry someone that he hates so clearly?

>he hasn't seen maddening let alone lunatic

so what do you do if you think a fight is truly unbeatable with your current units? Quit?

You underestimate the visceral hatefucking.

If you're truly walled, reload save.
...you HAVE been keeping rotating saves, right?

me

>Felix
>hating any of the BL
Do you just take what he says literally?

yes

They don't play games.

Imagine having 3-13 archer in your team.

You still need high Dex to overcome enemy Luck and Prowess skills giving crit avoid.

>What is dismount

>it's actually platonic
oh thank god
I can't imagine Alois and Byleth in any fucking kind of romance. It's beyond offputting.

What does Felix like small petite girls so much?

For whatever reason you can only call Alois handsome in one of the supports, its fucking weird

She probably cut her own hair given her disposition.

He is Yea Forums

He's a weeb. Just look at him.

You can't dismount/remount and Canto on the same turn.

bylat is an amazing fisherman
bylat is wearing a fisherman's hat

Fishing sucks in this game.

yeah but bylat is apparently a fishing master

He only abuses people who he knows can take it. It’s cute how he holds himself back for Bernie

it's xenoblade simulator lmao

It's meant to express she isn't a messy neet anymore and actually takes care of her hair now.

i need some advice. in BE and church i made linhardt my stride user, but because of that he usually lags behind movement wise, which is normally not a problem because he still keeps away from reinforcements if there are any, but it just feels weird having him halfway across the map while everyone else is up ahead wrecking shit. he can physic from any reasonable distance so healing's not a problem, but im thinking of switching up who my stride user is. on my church run i made him a dark knight and i unironically think it helped more than my BE run where i made him pure priest since he only has 4 move. he still lags behind even with a march ring, so im wondering if i should just swap the stride user to someone else, maybe someone mounted

Simple, make him Dark Knight and still keep him with Stride so he can canto afterwards. Physic users make good Stride users.

>mfw realized you get 3-4 bites per bait

Attached: 4241809-monkey.jpg (1600x1200, 942K)

fuck that, her main appeal is the imaginethesmell-sthetic

how do I get stride
how the fuck do you people seem to have fucking prophetic visions of the meta and the ideal builds and what stats they should be
what are you

Just have two Stride users so that one of them is always with the rest of the group.

just clear the map as a unit and stop relying on stride as a crutch

>literally every single character in blue lions is at the bare minimum great except for arguably mercedes due to how they hid her paralogue

How can one house be so superior?

No one here is actually minmaxing or they'd be rolling with 10 wyvern lords every map.

This is nothing. FEfags have minmaxed every single game to hell and back

I let every one of my units except Ferdinand and Bernie die. Embrace the Edeltard

You could trying gitting gud and not needing stride for everything.

Ashe kind of sucks.

Stride is a gambit that's available as soon as you have Battalion Guild access, it comes from Seiros Holy Monks
And we've already played the game, and generally know what works from our years of gleaning the Old Knowledge from Real Fire Emblem Games, where you had to reset when you fucked up

Soul
They have great chemistry with each other to the point where splitting them up feels like a crime
Dimitri is also an amazing lord so all the other characters benefit from their interactions with him

Attached: 2F0FB5C3-6DA0-48A1-BE52-3EA4CB431ACB.jpg (1024x661, 134K)

>not ashe/catherine

still not a meme, wyvern lords have growth stats that make anyone into a tank and solo map clearer. Full flier team with canto lets you clear everything dangerous on your turn effectively turning the game into "fuck off rng"

I hope Lord Lonato personally comes to ass rape you in hell

what's with Mercedes' fivehead?

Ill take the theoretical drop in difficulty due to its existence over artificially inflated difficulty any day of they week. They can always tune Lunatic tighter than they did hard. Pretty easy to envision it as well with how little breaker skills and secondary weapons to cover weaknesses were

big brain

that is the power of a major crest - something that minor crestlets such as the BOAR can never understand

Attached: 1565244583720.png (349x360, 165K)

Oh wow I forgot about those

okay here's one for you FE experts
if I'm supposed to play this game four fucking times, how do I keep it fun and interesting instead of turning everyone into wyvern lords, bow knights, and dark knights

Am I the only one that ROFL stomps the blue lions as Golden Deer or what?

I probably abuse brigand a tad too much so I delete them on sight, I probably shouldnt turn the entire house into an iron axe steel bow fuck fest early, it makes the game too easy in retrospective considering how good Raphael is at deleting shit that attacks him early with the punching doubles and straight up bullshit if I engage with brigand skill bonus and punching.

you mean just damage the enemy but not enough to kill them for the rest to grab experience? what about the actual positioning part, do you need to be a smart fuck for that

There is basically no loyalty at all in Black Eagles other than Hubert you can recruit anyone from them and have it make sense.

>ashe kind of sucks
*laughs in dodgetank*
sorry, was too lazy to upload a screenshot so I just took a photo

Attached: 1566626704444.jpg (2000x1500, 1.91M)

How the hell can you even tell without individually trying it out though? I'd get it if these were like twenty hour games but this game is long as hell

I hope every archer comes equipped with close counter and bowrange-2 to shut down this absurd flier stacking

Every physical character is a good Wyvern Lord, but it works especially well for Ashe as the Brigand package fixes his damage issue and his high Spd and Dex compensates for the downsides of axes. Flying Locktouch will save you inventory slots in a game where every non-mage is likely to have 4-5 items at all times.

wtf is a Tathlum Bow?

this has been worrisome for me as well. Hoping Lunatic releases before I finish my 2nd.

by not doing that, hard is still piss easy and even more so with ng+. Maddening/Lunatic however is apparently so retardedly hard that you might just have to min/max like a slut

Warlock Raphael
Fortress knight lysithea

The fliers will still just dodge it
What really needs to happen is effective weaponry should be 3x and negate avoid bonuses

I think I had to kill a thief for it when I fought Cornelia.

having more move to meet your opponent quicker/lure them in quicker is a godsend. i dont know why people keep saying stride is a crutch when it just lets you do shit you would normally do a few turns earlier.

Self-restriction
Here's an easy set: no duplicate final classes, and only Divine Pulse after a unit dies.

Just do fun builds. My NG+ Bernie is a Peg Knight who jumps off her horse to punch you.

God level taste

>BE route is just pressing your preexisting advantage like a blitzkrieg
>GD route is Claude doing sneaky shit because they get bodied in a straight up fight
>BL is charging right into insurmountable forces and still winning with sheer bloodlust and resolve

Is it true that Bern is nymph?

>how do people know to make the high str characters into physical damage dealers and the high mag characters into magic damage dealers?

Attached: 1523311502241.png (400x551, 127K)

And that’s why it’s kino. Truly feels like a band of brothers making their last stand. Literally just you, some church boomers and felix’s uncle’s troops and slowly you domino the whole continent into your domain. Also as this is happening dimitri is slowly evolving into a mega hyper giga elder god outerversal chad king.

Attached: 8AF03F65-446F-4C99-9E7C-EF7C5864013C.jpg (834x1024, 84K)

I kinda like this. If you want more than two fliers, you have to keep them in Wyvern Rider or Peg Knight. It also gives the advanced classes a bit more spotlight, since there aren't enough master classes for 12 characters.

There’s a reason they had to beat that commoner boy she met with to death. They didn’t want to know the truth.

are single goals a trap in the long run, i know you get 1.5x exp for having one goal but you're getting 25% less exp arent you. like if you (numbers made up) get 100 in 2 skills every week, but then swap to a single goal, you get 150 in one skill only vs 200 divided into 2 skills.

>mfw can't decide on S-ranking Flayn or Rhea

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 67K)

I love the Gorilla mad insight, literally everything she calls becomes truth.

Turn Rhea's hips into mush.

yes, you need multiple skills for master classes anyways

>jokes about just dressing up as the enemy
>master tactician agrees
HIL DA
HIL DA

If you are Church route go with arches since her S-rank is exclusive for that route only. Make Flayn your wife in BL/GD later.

Why am I even here?

Just select the strong enemies so you are out of range for them until you kill all the weak mobs, is not hard, if the enemy has bolting or similar just use a mage to bait it from a safe spot.
Just baiting one enemie at a time is usually enough to win most maps if you arent that good.
There is even a button than show you the "danger area" so positioning is brain dead easy.

battalions give way too many stats so his passive is actually useless

single goals are worth for like, rushing Lysithea's Dark Spikes T for Chapter 4 or Warp for Chapter 5 (and realistically you're only going to be able to do one of these). they're also worth if you're coming up on Lv 20/30 and haven't hit your ranks.

Is doing a bunch of certifications a viable way of fixing stats for RNG-screwed characters?

Just to suffer.

Attached: Marianne suffering.png (500x483, 303K)

I don't get it. Can battalions lower certain stats?

Ashe is a based character

Are you can level skills the old fashion way and grind in auxiliary maps if you are playing normal or stock up in steel weapons and abuse the endless reinforcement story maps on hard.

yes

It's useful early to midgame if you're not in NG+. The issue is, he's still weak in authority even if you want to give him a battalion later, so I think it ends up being optimal to go without entirely.

Felix..... had a hard life

Yes. I only swapped to single goals for some characters when they were pretty much set on main skills. Gave them single goal authority so I could actually use the A and B authority battalions.

Not Gorilla dancing Raphael and heavy knight lisythea, giving up at just fortress is nothing short of a shameful display.

better yet take a high def or high res unit, do some gardening for whatever stat they are weak with.
Slap on rusted wpns of every kind and wait 99 turns on an auxillary map, you'll hit B rank in everything if the whole map isn't ded before. Then start spamming promotions for stat boosts, done you have a unkillable unit for the rest of the game

When you're doing faculty training, can you SR for GREAT or is it hard locked?

Tea time the shit out of people. Equip your four lord battalions.

the boar more like the bore lmao

lol
it's not locked, be ready to move byleth a lot in the loading screen though

Attached: 20190808113855.png (1280x720, 1.38M)

They can. But in Felix's case, his personal skill gives him bonuses when he doesn't have a squad equipped.

>She even calls that going for the middle in grobder field 2.0 might not work again.
Cue to edelgard pyrotechnics.

Heck whenever a stage introduces a gimmick with terrain she is the first to draw attention to it, Hilda is just the best.

>Dimitri, Felix, Sylvain, Ashe, and Mercedes all get major character development from the main story

Why didnt the other houses get this much attention

Did the timeskip make all my house students level 28 but not anyone else, or were they all conveniently level 28 but not the units I recruited? I still want to use Hanneman and Catherine since they're fun units

Blue Lions is the filler route and anyone that disagrees is a dirty Dimitrifag, you could easily remove her and nothing would be lost

Attached: tumblr_psy5iy08bp1tooudh_1280.jpg (959x960, 127K)

Is that Golden Deer playthrough that Claude's voice actor is doing worth watching?
Does he have an interesting behind the scenes perspective or anything like that?

>He doesn't raise everyone's authority to keep the paralogue batallions on the corresponding unit(s)
>He ever, at any point in the game, even considered taking Jeralt's Mercenaries off of Bylteth

If you did either of these you have no soul

>you could easily remove her
?

High IQ, hence his talent in reason

I made blyat a pegasus knight
I'm sorry

How the fuck did you max out so many classes for byleth? Why?
How many of those abilities are you actually using from each?

i think only the initial house students get a mild level up boost during the timeskip

So... this is the power of ng+++++++++++

>C support with Lorenz and Sylvain
>they're both trying to pick up a girl

>not giving Jeralt's Mercs to Blade Breaker II
nerd

Felix leaving Blue Lions for another house doesn't make any sense. It's like Hilda joining Black Eagles.

>You could easily remove her and nothing would be lost
Edelgardfags are brainlets

its honestly easy to do even on hard, he's just min/maxing for the sake of burnie

None of the Blue Lions leaving makes sense. Not even Sylvain.

I replaced Jeralt's Mercenaries with Empire troops

I think it might be tied to who you use in the final battle of part 1.

I'm about 35 hours in. Are we encouraged to reclass multiple times? Or should I wait until I've maxed out a master class before doing that?

I just don't see how it benefits unless you plan to actually use those weapons.

Ashe doesn't have much keeping him there after Lonato dies.

>Or should I wait until I've maxed out a master class before doing that?
Yes

Its better to wait until youve maxed your current class before switching. You'll earn your last class ability

BL is basically the good church route and the Catherine support is the most important one for his character

Ashe feels kind of out of place, while the others have real chemistry he feels out of place since he doesn't bond with the team like everyone else. I sort of feel like he might of fit in the BE better, maybe that's just me though.

Came here to post this.

Take the exam ASAP.
Wait to actually reclass if the class you're working on has a useful skill.

Ahh I didn't know. The only Church recruit I actually used was Cyril. My Catherine didn't have higher than a C support with anyone.

I get Shinji Ikari vibes from him, if Shinji was well adjusted. He’s so mild mannered and humble.

she probably reminds them of King Jung Un.

>A-ranking anybody who you don’t want to pair.
I’m pretty sure the game has a internal value of “priority” and disregards the “closest allies” in the menu. If you want a pairing of your desire you have to have people A-rank only the ones you want to romance. It makes sense BTW considering the romantic music and undertones everyone has during an A-rank anyway.

I showed my cousin this game and he was honestly creeped out by Ashe during the tea party session. He was like "Jesmis Christ what the hell is that?!". I gotta admit, the tea parties don't make the characters look all that flattering. They have this creepy doll like look to them. It was hilarious watching his reaction to it.

He historically liked Fire Emblem but hasn't played a fire emblem game in a long time, and has been mostly going with Sony consoles.

A proper noble should know how to raise children.

On normal difficulty, it bumps everyone up to 20. I don't think they get buffs on hard.

sounds like a healthy reaction, Ashe doesn't get better until he starts knocking shit out the park with crits for days.

So never if you get rng fucked and not until time skip

Idk, my pairings lined up with Closest Allies. The trick is, I'm not sure what order the game goes in when resolving pairings — desu it probably takes any mutual pairs first, then goes down the list as sorted internally or as displayed in the credits.

Apparently the Koreans love Lorenz so much that they sometimes call him Godrenz.

>Found out Manuela means fap thanks to Fire Emblem
>hispanic co-workers know my spanish is poor and ask me if I manuela'd in the freezer
This game taught me something useful

It had the opposite effect on me. I had to end the tea party early or would have caught a case of the gay

I would take off Mercenary and Cavalier and put in Paladin, Fortress Knight, and Wyvern Rider. Thief and Armor Knight mastery skills can also be situationally useful.

Just finished BE, should I go for BL next? Or Dragon?

>vantage
>not useful
huh?
and pavise is definitely not worth being a fortress knight

Glad I'm not the only one that found post-time skip Deers so odd.

I laughed like an idiot, watching him react to it. It was honestly the right way to react to him. Ashe is downright creepy in that tea party session. He ends it by saying "I love children" and he looks like Michael Jackson while doing it.

He's a decent unit, but other than that, not a very appealing character

BL.

oh my god why do they all have outfits that match their hair, I hate this so much

Doesn't Sylvain automatically joins whatever house you're at if you choose Female Byleth?

War master for quick riposte can be nice

>Having Lonato's killer fall for his adopted son and pump out his descendants
That shit is hot.

I'm pretty sure units will always be paired with whatever unpaired A-rank with they have the most support points with. I think the trick is that units are paired in the order they appear in the Roster menu, meaning that your Lord and the rest of your house are paired first, and then it goes Eagles, Lions, Deer, Church.

>Goddess Tower coming soon
>not sure whether to pick Marianne, Lysithea or Hilda for the scene and who to S Support later on
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WHY ARE ALL THE BEST GIRLS IN THE SAME HOUSE
Also Hilda is a monster, holy shit, she's a lot of fun to use.

>Already did BL and picked Ingrid
>The original plan was to pick Hilda for GD and Flayn for BE
>But Flayn leaves on Edelgard's route and Hilda sees through Edelgard's bullshit to not join her at all
>Could save one for Church but then I miss out on Rhea's incestuous rollercoaster
>Still haven't started NG+ cause it's bothering me so much
I'm haunted every night

>Ever being below 50% HP

>thought Hero would finally be better than Swordmaster because of vantage
>its own predecessor class ruins it, and Swordmaster is still better
>cavalier/paladin shits all over your speed
How do we make heroes and paladins great again?

He's free for girl Byleth, but you can always choose to turn him down.

simple, smug animations with the sword and cool as shit crits

>Hilda comments on Monica, Edelgard AND Tomas all being shifty and suspicious throughout Part 1
>tries to bring out the best in people in her supports and tries to help Marianne with her emotional issues
Hilda is really neat.

Make cavalry help speed growth instead of gimping it for some reason

>Bernie became a recluse
How is that any different from other endings?

I'm guessing everyone has different deaths pre/post-timeskip. Here's the ones I got on my playthrough:

I didn't include master classes in the list because you generally won't leave those or have them long enough to move on to something else.

>love Myrmidon design
>love Mercenary design
>hate Hero design
Fuck. at least Swordmaster is really cool. I think it's the pointy shoulders that really irk me.

paladins are still goodish, 8mov, nice stat growth spread. Only that fliers are still massively better since terrain is actually still a bitch.

heroes have no hope, and never will

I’m fine with cavalry lowering your speed, it needed some real draw backs and making them not double everything for a 1rko was a good way of doing it. They just need to not make fliers have 40 free avoid while still having good everything.

people are overexaggerating this paladin speed thing so much, it's 1 fucking point in 10 levels on average, and all the characters you would make paladins have like 50 Spd growth to begin with.

>not putting yourself below 50% for vantage wrath wo dao/levin sword near autocrit shenanigans
i pity you.

Flayn please no

The cutscenes are also kinda funny when Dorothea is the only lackey left.

Why is he nice to all the smol girls but an asshole to everyone else?

Had I known about the Brigand mastery skill, I would have made every physical attacker in my class take up axes fucking ASAP. An entire army of delinquents. Oh well, I feel like that'd be pretty overpowered if everyone had it.

Holy fuck.
Reminds me of when an user did a run on /feg/ where literally everyone died in Path of Radiance.

>Ike celebrating with nothing but air

Why would I bother investing that much effort when I can have a flier wait there, never get hit, and counterkill everything already?

There's only a few that are really jarring, most of the time they just stick Dorothea behind Hubert so the 4 of them are close together.

>Dorothea doesn't even help with the molemen
Fuck you, bitch, drop 1 meteor at least.

Imagine if everyone you recruited showed in these scenes.

>I am a master tactician
>OH NO

What happens if there are no lackeys?

I needed my healslut. I couldn't let her die.

Do abilities stack? Like sword avo +20 stacked with sword prowess lv4 (it grants avo +16)
So do I have ago +36 when using a sword? Is that even good?

you mean to tell me, given the chance to crit all the time for stylish kills, you wouldn't take it? boring.

There are fucking hilarious.

You have Faith as a Budding Talent, YOU be the healslut.

>Is that even good?

Attached: 1542566303212.png (211x239, 4K)

Is Hubert just there for the story even if he dies, or did you keep him alive?

Byleth got to be the unga-bunga puncher. Didn't even master warmaster.

He stays for the story, just dies immediately after the war.

Avoid +30 is literally gamebreaking.

why is female byleth's model so ugly

Really? It was so easy to get. I wish they put descriptions of what everything is and how it effects things
Like whats the difference between avoid and having high speed?

>claude winks and dances with mbyleth
Top kek they even change the glove in the cutscene to confirm it

You made the right decision. That would get dull after a while.

Avoid should be a bonus modifier I think.

Why does Byleth have fists as a strength?

Jesus Christ that is depressing.

Sometimes you just need to slap a fucker.

Sothis is an UNGA BUNGA woman, just look at Seiros who has the same talents as Byleth.

Gotta push the new weapon type.

all the saints are dragons and the like. you meet Indech in another paralogue (the big turtle)

Attached: f49.jpg (805x538, 85K)

>dragons and the like
again? Why is every Godlike figure in Fire Emblem a dragon? I'm surprised Ashunera wasn't one

thats kinda the point of the series. all the nobles and royal families have dragon blood.

Why do they randomly say "Dastards" when Dimitri says "Bastards"

I miss the old FE style

That's basically me at my workplace

>Felix refuses to let Dimitri hold his sword
>Immediately give it to Dimitri after the cutscene
Heh.... Nothin personnel edgelord..

nostalgic factor. They aren't as stingy with swears anymore, but it's honestly nice to hear at times.

That's how edgy Dimitri is, he actually says bastards unlike the other lords

Claude calls Nemesis a crusty old bastard before the final battle on GD.
