They wrap things up almost completely fine by totally erasing the bad time line and everything in it, leaving time displaced Future Trunks and Future Mai just hanging out so they can use them again in later arcs. But they decide to go forward in time to a DIFFERENT future despite that there's already a future Trunks/Mai there and that that future will be NOTHING like the one that was erased on account of the currently timeline being completely different than the bad future timeline.

It was such a horrible clusterfuck of a decision but I guess they really didn't want to have to write about Future Trunks anymore but also didn't want to kill him.

He's pretty generic, but has an original backstory and isn't full of some shitty ideal like Super's been doing.

Goat is some eldritch being from the beginning of the universe that took the Kai of Kai's full power to defeat and capture. Zillions of years later he escapes Galactic Patrol custody and makes his way to New Namek end wishes his power back.
Goku, Vegeta, and Kai of Kai possessed Buu get their asses handed to them and retreat. Goku and Vegeta separate with Goku staying with Buu and the GP while Vegeta heads to Yardrat as he's fed up with relying on God ki.
Moro's flunkies are now heading to Earth.

He's not really 'good' as much as he's different than other villains they've fought with. He has a passive energy absorbing ability that steadily weakened Goku and Vegeta to the point they didn't even realize it was happening until they lost their ability to use ki or transform. He also attacks with the planet's energy itself which was harder to track for them since he's using magic instead of ki.

It'd be dull as fuck for him to get the same trick when the Yardrats have a ton of techniques.

Getting in range to do that technique would just get his energy drained. Ki attacks simply won't work on Moro as he just absorbs it passively and he drains life force just by being near him.

Toyota probably just wanted to get the arc over with as quick as possible so he had Kale kill over half the remaining universes just by herself. Outside of that U6 barely did anything besides job. Kefla didn't even have a giant battle with Goku and had a double ring out with Eternal Jobber Gohan instead.

Can't say too much about them individually, but Kefla double K.O.ed with Gohan which is a lot better than being stronger then a Kaioken Blue x20 Spirit Bomb in the anime.

The power boost can still come from god ki, but if that's still the issue, stack up SS2 and 3 as well or use the Oozaru power Broly exhibited similarly to SS4

user, that was never an option since the Saiyan Saga. Kaioken may have been very temporary but it was still a transformation, and ever since then transformation has been part of the appeal. It's never going away.

I'm just hoping Vegeta will get something new and useful on Yadrat, that will actually matter in the long run. Would be nice if he had a unique trait, in every fight he is always Goku -1.
