Abyss wasn't so bad, that was about braking and have a little patience, but The Gauntlet, longest track in the game.

I had fun with it but Episode 1 Racer is a better game. The track design was a big step down compared to the first one. I really liked being able to K.O. other racers.

I love how this part of the star wars franchise had so much autistic detail and love poured into it. Having each one of the racers meticulously designed from looks to how their podracer looked like inside and outside. No wonder how there's so much variety in preferences and favourites, there's a lot to like about each one of them.

I wonder why have they not tried to replicate the greatness of the N64 game again. The few games that came later can't compare, really.

And no, top speed isn't the same. Ben Quadrinaros has the best boost in the game but is #2 in top speed, Selbulba has the best top speed but his boost is mediocre.

I think Neva Kee's pod is ugly as a sin. Also it ruins the whole chariot design that makes the podracers so appealing.

I'd kill for an HD remake of Racer, as long as they kept the characterizations, voices, controls, physics, and track layouts the exact same.

Keep in mind that his design is canonically one the the fastest and guarantees that every single impact is lethal for the driver. Everyone thinks that Neva kee is a madman for driving this thing.
