OG Ben 10 had a pretty rare balance between anime influence and a western style. AF & UA were one step too far into anime without going far enough to just be anime so it came out looking bland (redesigns didn't help much). Omniverse is much more western but to the extent that it was stylized in a standout way; I think it looks good. Reboot is garbage and looks like everything else on CN.

Ghostfreak was pretty good. They kept bringing him back though which was stupid. Should have just let Ben eventually tame him.

You've made me realize that mid-late 00s Radical would've been perfect for a Ben 10 game. Hulk Ultimate Destruction & Prototype were perfect examples of fun movement in an open world to keep things interesting between missions while making you feel super powerful. Spreading your options across 10 aliens that each have movement options would be incredible. Even better if you start by needing to commit to one for a while but eventually unlock Master Control (also Cannonbolt because he'd be the most fun to traverse with).

There was that time when they came in during Season 2 of Avengers EMH when Loeb took over and contributed to that show being less than it should've been (continuity errors that wouldn't have gotten through before, heavy focus on just a few characters instead of the whole cast, characters learning lessons they learned at the start of Season 1, etc.)

EMH is still a fantastic show though even though it only got 2 of its 4 planned seasons. If you skip Powerless then even the bumpy parts of Season 2 are still good.

Ben kicks his ass again and slowly becomes more good since his dad was also a space cop and secretly wanted to be like him so he takes his chances with Ben and helps him with the highbreed shit. Im sure I got something wrong but thats the basic gist of it last I recall.

They retcon him and the other alien kids in omni again. Was now a human mutant that was captured by black ops plumbers while in the prison. They used him to fuse other kids with aliens creating most of the other alien/human hybrids. His dad and his alleged race were apparently all implanted thoughts and memories by the head of the bad plumbers.

Granted this is what I read on Wikipedia years ago, but apparently they designed Ben's 10 new aliens by mixing and matching the abilities of the ones he unlocked in the original series. Like Swampfire is a combination of Heatblast and Wildvine concept wise.
