Fuck. How the hell do you build a deck when all 75% of the cards are gone after you plsy them or gone if you don't play them?

Really dude? Game is incredibly easy to break, especially with Robot. You can literally have infinite turn of endlessly cycling through cards and recharging energy, and the only thing that fucks that deck is if you play endlessly and get the limit of cards played per turn shit.
OR, you can play the poison dude with a relatively easy setup to get and deal millions of damage per turn, which is funny considering the highest hp things are in the hundreds.

Slay the spire is a fun game but sadly it doesn't hold up to a bit of autism and optimization, it's way too unbalanced.

Try and focus on one or two of these when you're building an Ironclad deck:

>armor snowballing
>rewarding exhausting
>rewarding self inflicted damage
>passive damage
These are the Ironclad's best qualities.

Yeah this. I bought the Switch version for a 10 hour overseas plane ride. Now I'm 50+ hours in and wish I bought the Steam version.

Thats the build I used in my first Spire kill. I preformed 3 Phantasmal Killered Grand Finales in my final turn. Shit was also the first time I picked up that card as it sounded like ass.

I got all the way up to ascencion 19 with ironclad, i'm around ascencion 15 - 17 with silent and defect, and got heartbreaker on all three but without ascencion

Not really, but there are some combos/general strategies you can follow if you ask.

I think STS wikia had useful strategic tips.

#1 cause of death for me is not getting what I need in the first 4 turns and getting turned into ground meat by its relentless onslaught. It's pure RNG at that point.
