Can we distract the Area 51 Raiders with the Nintendo Switch Lite?

The Switch Lite is releasing on September 20th, the same exact day as that raid. Most of them are SJW sѳyboys who would otherwise want Nintendo's most regressive console revision. And most of them believe that running like a stupid cartoon character does allow them to outrun bullets.

How can we distract them all with the stupidest handheld revision of all time? Hell, if I were Doug Bowser, I would install a massive kiosk in the middle of the Nevada Desert selling nothing but these systems at half cost in order to prevent these useless morons from getting riddled with bullets.

no one is actually raiding area 51

>like the color
>like the smaller size and lower weight
>hate everything else

Why. Why cant it just do what the regular switch does sans removable hot cons? I'd pick one up in a heartbeat if so

>regressive console revision
The Switch is absolutely worthless as a TV console. Its only value is in being a handheld. Being able to hookup to the TV is nice but I never use it unless playing Smash with friends. The pixel density is also better in handheld mode and the lite also has better battery life as well as being lighter.

The non-removable joycons are literally the worst part of it though. Now if they drift you need to send in the entire system for repair instead of just the shitty controllers.

>pol seething that theyre full of shit talking election tourist pussies now while the chad Facebook does actual raids
Lmao

>The Switch is absolutely worthless as a TV console.
Stop posting moron faggot

I would have bought one of these if it had TV out. Nintendo is so fucking stupid, I haven't bought one of their systems since the Wii because of dumb decisions like this.

I've had mine since launch and they've never drifted. And I'd imagine they've known about the issue for awhile now and took it into consideration when reworking them. Heck they already removed half the functionality from them as is so I don't think it's a stretch that they may have made a revision to whatever causes the problem

Seethe harder idiot. If you bought it to use as your TV console you wasted money. It uses last gen hardware and can't output to 4k.

>Does it really need TV out?
>Mr Miyamoto there is no reason not to let customers connect their Switch Mini to thei-
>REMOVE TV OUT NOW REEEEEEEEEEE!

Nah, knowing Nintendo they didn't do shit and had them made as cheaply as possible. I personally haven't had drifting with mine either but the sticks clicking reflects how cheaply made they are. Hoping the pro Switch revamps joycons altogether.

I have a 65 inch oled and switch games looking great on it. Odyssey and MK8 are fucking gorgeous

>he bought the wii
You only contributed to the problem. Nintendo will never stop making gimmicky consoles after the commercial success of the wii.

> If you bought it to use as your TV console
Most people bought it as a companion device to either a PC or other machine
>It uses last gen hardware
I don't give a shit. I played my PS1 hooked up to a monitor after the PS2 came out. Who gives a shit as long as the games are fun
>can't output to 4k
Who gives a shit? I and most people I know target fucking 1440p or even at times 1080p and max out frames on PC. My monitor has plenty of real estate to make games look good without even being stretched out

This also doesn't account for the one thing switch does better than other home consoles: local couch play. Indies, smash, and other games look great on the big screen and you get to play while throwing back a drink or two. TV functionality is what makes the switch work as a social console in the first place.

While the idiorts of the world are being shot at in Area 51 the big brains of the world will be playing their Switches next to a warm and cozy fireplace. Doesn't it sound awesome?

Pixel density being better in handheld doesn't mean that it will always look better over a nice TV screen. It's just that as a TV only console its unable to play multiplats as well as the other 2 just as cheap yet more powerful TV consoles on the market. I play docked sometimes but it's just way comfier to play it as a handheld imo.

>you need to send in the entire system for repair
Or y'know you can not be a retard and fix it yourself. It takes literally no effort.

it is a stupid fucking move desu, but seeing as how slim the profit margin per switch actually is, I'm willing to believe that taking away TV out was the only way they could actually have lowered the price

>how slim the profit margin per switch actually is
I really doubt that.

Blowing compressed air into the Joy-Cons is not a long term fix.

I mean, if you're buying a switch to get most of the typical triple A multiplats, then desu I feel like you're getting it for the wrong reasons. The switch is good for
nintendo exclusives
Wii U ports
Old ports
local multiplayer games, many of which are indies
singleplayer indies (sans bloodstained - that's clearly better on PC given the graphical fidelity)
I like the option to actually switch between handheld and docked, since I play most games with an external controller and not the joycons. I really wish those things were sturdier

>Most people bought it as a companion device to either a PC or other machine
I've seen threads where people claimed to have sold their old console thinking the Switch would be just as good for non-Nintendo games.

See . Also it's the other way around, portability and being able to play it anywhere made it so good as a social console. If you wanted to play on your ps4 or xbone on a friend's TV you could by simply bringing it over there, but you can't take those anywhere you want.

It was. They were making something like a $15 profit given the price of parts and price of manufacture + software licensing. Hardware is cheap but mobile hardware is fucking expensive, since there's a lot of extra engineering involved to make sure it works under real time constraints. Battery life is among one of these big constraints

>I've seen threads where people claimed to have sold their old console thinking the Switch would be just as good for non-Nintendo games.
Yeah, and I almost guarantee you the majority of those were literal shitposting that add to the hurr tendy cucks meme. The ones who did actually sell them have little to no attachment to hardware nor any idea of the long term value of keeping game hardware around, so they're clear idiots. Most reasonable people I know end up being idorts of the course of a console generation, making their first choice early on in the cycle and their second around a little after midway

I want them to succeed though, some government secrets getting blown open might be just what the US needs
I don't think they have much of a chance without some sort of artillery support though.

Its for faggots like us who play handehld only. I'll be taking the switch without all the useless shit I don't even use thx

You underestimate human stupidity and the power of modern social media.

That's fair. My whole point was about buying the Switch as your "main" console though, not just one that you primarily use at a TV. If you prefer to use it on a nice TV over handheld I can't blame you, but theres clearly value in a handheld only Switch when that's where it succeeds the most as a system. I had a pc before buying a Switch and I looked down on it before using it as a handheld primarily. I thought of it as a home console with handheld functionality when it's actually the other way around and I feel like most pc/ps4fags who don't own one think like this.

Yes, buy the Switch Mini goyims... no need to disclose private Israeli interests...

I do agree that it's a souped up handheld with a smaller library, but conversely it's a library with a higher density of killer apps. Having ports and indies on a handheld are good things. Its library is legitimately a blast to play through, but it'll always be shouted down by hurr durr bing bing wahoo even though bing bing wahoo is ridiculously fun.

Please remember to fight for the cause!

Good luck playing a game that requires removable joycons, or if you want to play on a TV sometimes.

>4K
Great job falling for the new tv Jew faggot

Wanna bet it does actually connect to the dock but they say it doesn’t because it doesn’t come with a dock.

Kind of how glass pipes are for tobacco products only despite the fact they’ve only ever been used for weed.

Nintendo fans have more important things to do than run naruto style into oncoming fire. Their favourite activity is playing 1 hour of shovelware and 5 hours of complaining about snoy on Yea Forums

I’m happy Electrical contact cleaner is

I'm no burger, what is this area 51 raid about?

Major cope. I don't even play in 4k but it's widely regarded as the dream res. I'd be happy if we ever got a 2k capable Switch though.

FUCK OFF. I NEED ALIEN WOMEN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND
