That doesn't happen, at least not often.
Large majority of kicks happen because you don't know how to play in team, don't know the spots or specifics of each infected. It might not be obvious to most newbies, but for someone experienced it takes seconds to understand that you don't know what you're doing.
I always equate it to playing basketball - imagine a 5 year old suddenly joins your game. He too small, doesn't know how to play and can't even hold the ball. It's not fun to play with him, or against him. So instead of babysitting, people just vote to kick him with hopes someone better will join. Sadly that's the only option left, since there is no matchmaking system in the game.
Kicked players always blame "toxic community", but it's not toxic - at least not any more than any other game. I used to kick a lot at the beginning too, and yes - I know it hurts. But as you get better this almost never happens.
