What are the key elements to Fencer's movement? Like, what's the tempo to always dash or something, if it exist

How do people keep the civilian skins in non civilian missions, and vice versa?

I like to go dashjump + dashjump until I have only 1 jump left, then do a pure vertical jump. The timing is that there's about 4-5 seconds after your last jump before the dash reset, which matches up nicely with the airtime of a pure vertical jump. You can usually hit your dashjump as soon as you hit the ground, so it's okay to do this even when enemies are chasing you. Dash jumping is key, you always want at least 1 weapon set that can do a dashjump.

Your dash has a short cooldown and your jump has a longer cooldown. Dashes recharge after about a second when they run out, and jumps recharge about the time it takes for you to land after jumping straight up (no directional input). Dash jumping is your fastest movement, so extra jumps give you better speed and extra dashes give you better control in midair and a safer recovery while you wait.

Horizontal movement is slowed by enemy attacks, but vertical movement is not, so staying in the air helps your survivability a lot. Blast Twinspears can move you around faster, hammers/hakens/rollers/shields can cover you if you run out of movement options, and without mods to mitigate it, damage blocked this way also pushes you back, which can be useful.

If you attack during a dash to cancel the animation, you won’t reset your dashes faster than normal, but you will keep your momentum. Having any momentum at all is better than the full stop that an unmanaged dash gives you.

Keep in mind that you have to be at neutral to swap your weapons, but jumping forces you to neutral, so you can do silly things like bomb enemies with double flame revolvers and then swap back if you have another jump left.

It's strange how accurately you can estimate how good or bad someone is by comparing their armor to their percent completion in the lobby.

Storm-1 is a heck of a soldier.

All the KM6s delete fliers and in flying only stages I bring two of them and make sure to aggro the whole map and delete them all rapidly.
Too bad it doesn't make the screen vibrate violently as well as kill all allies and buildings so randoms never use it.

Use these settings for anything for Yea Forums. Use trim tool to pick out the clip. I record in OBS at like 540p to reduce the CPU load of the recording. If the clip is longer than 10 seconds, Ireduce resolution further. Could probably squeeze out a little more quality if I knew how ffmpeg worked but it's fine for just shitposting.

DLC works the same as the main game, beating X difficulty with X class gives you a star. So if you want 100% completion you have to beat all levels on all difficulties with all classes.

Having a different experience myself. Sure, playing on hard is fun and easy because it's so easy. Trying to get anons to play hardest and inferno is a struggle, and about half the time thry treat it like hard and don't pay attention. There's maybe 6 decent inferno players here that I've played with, and they all have decent armor too. The rest come to inferno with no armor and no awareness, don't know how to use their class because goofing around is enough in hard, and don't want to learn when staring at "mission failed" screens. Some rare few DO try to learn, but they have such a gap between what they have and what they need that thry get discouraged and stop trying.

So honestly, playing with Yea Forums is fun until you need them to git gud.

I haven't even seen any Yea Forums rooms above Hard.
