You're going to be slower, carry less, smaller stamina pool, more easily flung off enemies, or carried off by enemies by being smaller. Oh, and your lantern is going to be put out in shallower water.

Anodyne is useless when you can stock up on healing water, load it all on a pawn and have that pawn wear the Magnanimous Cloak.
It will eventually catch on that its healing effects are now shared because of the cloak and will pop a bottle or other healing item whenever you get hurt.
