You can do heelies in the Ghost vehicles in Halo (also, most other Covenant hovering vehicles) by holding down the A button and going forward. From Halo CE to Halo 4.

Attached: zelda1.webm (320x180, 1.39M)

you can hold the activate button to continue drinking from a water source in Fallout New Vegas

I legit didn't know that

If you time an A press to right when the pokeball shakes it increases the chance of catching it.

that's bullshit but I believe it.

I know where to find some gameplay in MGS4

If you face the door to the boss room in the last section of Tomb of the Ancients in Rayman 2 and enter A, B, X, Y, X, Y in the Dreamcast version and type "playjeff" in the PC version a crate will appear and you will be able to enter a hole high in the wall and walk through a tunnel which will reveal three cheat codes to restore health and get mega-shoots by entering button combinations under waterfalls and jumping on bridges in the game.

The tunnel also has a window at the end which shows a beta version of the ending of the game.

Not a popular game by today's standards, but plugging in a controller to the 2nd player port and hitting start will activate the debug mode.

Attached: file.png (265x375, 187K)

Bullshit but I will do it every goddamn time anyway.

things in OoT that very few people knew
>in the room where you fight the lizalfos in dodongos cavern there is a hidden little cave behind the lava fall with a heart
>deku nuts can be used to lure those rays in Jabu Jabu out of the ground
>the spooky mask has a weird glow at night
>most people know about how skeleton enemies get bigger in Hyrule field. This also applies to the bird enemies at night in Lon Lon Ranch
>if you get caught in gerudo fortress and didn’t get the hookshot yet, they throw you back into gerudo valley instead of in jail
>and most probably know this, but seems like a lot don’t know about the hidden room in Ganons castle found with the lens of truth

If you press left 3 times and then right in Megaman X6, you start the game with the ultimate armor

Oh, and also, Zelda has unique reactions to the masks like the Keaton mask, spooky mask, etc. You can only show her before getting the third stone, though, because after that access to her is blocked.

shooting slingshot at the windows in zelda's garden pisses off a guard who will either throw bombs at you or rupees

They did that because some idiot kids would get stuck there and then commit suicide.

What's the point of that?

Dumbass, you have to press B at the apex of every shake. Everyone knows that.

In Dark Souls 1 if you start with the pendant you can activate find a specific message in the grand archives that leads to a intractable book. It's just a small bit of lore.

I know it's bullshit, but I demand proof anyways

It's definitely A, but I'm willing to concede that both A and B might work.

It is bullshit. It has no impact on anything. The only use for it is for exchange with snuggly the crow.

>not pressing B + down
Fucking children.

this, literally everyone knows this is the real one except dumb zoomers

My uncle works at Nintendo. When Kojima was working on Bloodborne he personally told him.

>He fucking fell for it

Holy shit! Get a load of this guy! I bet this guy even believes Mew is under the truck!

Attached: 1533897379435.png (792x705, 445K)

>>if you get caught in gerudo fortress and didn’t get the hookshot yet, they throw you back into gerudo valley instead of in jail
isn't this bullshit, I swear I've heard speenrunners say that if they get caught the game softlocks because they can't get out

it's written on the instruction booklet AND in the game

it's b + down, that's the OG way

wait, are you saying you didn't get your truck Mew? you do know how to activate the event, right?

I said B + down.

soul

Uh...yeah haha, I was just testing you. But uh...how do you activate it haha. If you really know then tell me.

>He didn't use Strength to get to the truck mew.

Attached: laughinggirls.jpg (253x199, 9K)

i'll take your word for it

Maybe in your shit hole part of the world, but here in civilized land we alternated between pressing A & B.

Strength? You mean the secret HM Power, right? Did you really get Mew, user?

I discovered that RE2 has a knife glitch that according to a few RE2 speedrun discords even the speedrunners didn't know about. Its kind of worthless but it exists. You can lock a zombie in stagger damage if you stagger it with any gun and the equip the knofe emmediatly, you will now find every stab will cause stagger. Proof:

Hey, I remember finding that mushroom when I was 6 by fucking around in that puddle. Super Mario 64 truly is the gift that keeps on giving.

23 years later, and I am still finding out new things about this game. It really was the last good Mario game.

Somehow nobody seems to know you can shake zombies off you in the RE2 remake without taking damage
Force them to grab you from the side and pull forward and away from them and they slip off you like you are a greased up rat

Attached: 1548727760309.png (1262x852, 1.35M)

A surprising amount of people don’t know that the height of the water in wet dry world is determined by how you jump in the painting

Any examples of this being done consistently on higher difficulties?

In Majora's Mask, you don't have to do the bomber mini game a 2nd time when Link becomes human. If you remember the password from the first 3 day cycle and use it to go into the sewers, when you exit, Jim will be waiting on you and will give you the notebook.

Attached: MM3D_Bombers'_Notebook_Icon.png (42x42, 2K)

>most people know about how skeleton enemies get bigger in Hyrule field. This also applies to the bird enemies at night in Lon Lon Ranch
Also the Leevers in the desert

If you drop your wooden shield when leevers eat you, the game crashes.

reaching the end of this game means you've completed it

Sound like a bitch desu

No. They are a guarantee grab in hardcore.

Whoa. Neat.

There's a hidden prehistoric looking Dunkelsteous in Aquanaut's Holiday. It's so obscure that the only other person who knew this was some guy who edited the Dunkleosteus Wikipedia page to say that it appeared in Aquanaut's Holiday.

I only found it once when I was 6 and then never found it again, I was a dumbass to not take a photo or video of it. And I WILL find it again, it has become my personal Moby Dick

>>if you get caught in gerudo fortress and didn’t get the hookshot yet, they throw you back into gerudo valley instead of in jail
proof? also post more things about oot if you know, this is so fascinating and I'm learning most of these for the first time

I found this out years ago on one of my "kill everything" runs. Pretty sweet desu.

This was shown on the map in the Nintendo Power issue that featured the game. Not hidden or a secret at all.

Typing “power overwhelming” in Starcraft will give units invincibility

In Twilight Princess, when Zelda is covered with the cloak, she is barefoot.

The Great Fairy is topless. Not only that but her breasts are fully rendered, complete with nipples.

> The Great Fairy is topless. Not only that but her breasts are fully rendered, complete with nipples.
That's not true. She has no nipples.

>"The Great Fairy is topless. Not only that but her breasts are fully rendered, complete with nipples."
>Decide to download the model for myself
>Checks textures
You lied to me.

Some more details about oot people might not know
>it’s possible to race ingo with a generic tan horse, but the game will force your speed down if you are ahead in the race, making it impossible to win
>there’s another interior area of gerudo fortress at the very top near the jail, but there’s no real reason to go into it. There’s a cooking pot in it
>there’s a small oasis in gerudo desert that can be filled with song of storms
>there’s a grotto near the start of the sacred forest meadow with weird rainbow wallls in it
>you can fire ice arrows at bongo bongos hands and there is a unique animation where he breaks the ice with his fist
>if you fall off those icebergs in zoras fountain as an adult, you can climb back up with a jump slash instead of having to swim back
>deku nuts also reveal the ghosts in the forest temple so you don’t have to wait for them to reappear

>don’t have to wait
liar OOT is all about waiting

>>there’s another interior area of gerudo fortress at the very top near the jail, but there’s no real reason to go into it. There’s a cooking pot in it

I only know this because I was stuck in Gerudo for fucking ages when I was younger. I must have scoured the place 100 times.

In league, when Zilean clicks on you to level you with his passive, you can walk/teleport/recall as far away as you want without breaking the channel.

>t. zilean main who watches people just stand there

y-you too

Well as far as i can tell im thhe first to talk about it on the net

Underrated

youtube.com/watch?v=zrx9T_Evurc

whats your point here?

There's a hidden breakable wall at the top left of the Mantis Lords' arena that holds a lifeseed cocoon.

perhaps in the og version. Updated version don't softlock

What the FUCK

>not even knowing about the secret heart piece
Pitiful.

Bump

did you read the OP?

lmao found this out after playing halo for like 10 years

Nah man this was pretty well known. I think that A is effectively a brake for the ghost since it's so floaty, IIRC you can test it by holding A and stopping accelerating, think you slow faster if holding A.

Very few people know this, but Super Mario Bros 2 is actually just a re-skin of another japanese game called Doki Doki panic

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 242K)

Even the cover art to the japanese version of SMB2 is a reskin

Attached: SUperMarioUSA.jpg (640x943, 102K)

I didn't know about the cover art, that's cute

That's a secret?
I just kinda assumed you could do that on my first playthrough

I'm fairly certain I heard that applies to all enemies, it's just only in rare occurrences do enemies respawn to actually showcase the behaviour.

In FF14 theres a leftover area from the old 1.0 days still in one of the city maps way up north, almost nobody playing knows of it and even fewer know what it is and you can just barely see it legitimately when out of bounds.
I plan on taking lots of pics of it once I reach it in-game but currently can't due to some fucky temporary things serverside, only about 4 people have been out there since we found it. It's exciting to think about.

You have been visited by the Laura of horrible cereal noises.

YOU HAVE TO B-BUMP THE THREAD! It's c-coming, don't you understand?! It's c-coming! And if you haven't b-bumped the thread by the time it gets here, the thread is going to D-DIE!

Dark Souls 1
The item right after the Tarus demon is under some boxes. You can backstep into it and collect it without breaking the box. Not sure if it works in the remastered version.

do you even sniff packets bro?
go learn to teleport in ffxi and then go. You'll probably not even get caught because SE is lazy as fuck.

>just cheat out there bro
That takes the fun out of glitching out there using all in-game means. Introducing 3rd party tools and shit just kills the fun of it.

fuck you. Maybe I'll go do it. What map? new gridania right?

It's B-Down. The B button is the "action" button, in this case, it represents "apply force". Down is the direction. "Apply force, down". So you grab the shut Pokeball and force the lid closed by pushing down on it, which is why capture rate greatly increases with this action. It's much harder for the lid of the Pokeball to pop open.

I was 6 years when found it out

Attached: A2E778F0-D117-4BFD-BAF2-0C6E75024607.jpg (640x640, 50K)

There's a heart in there but he must have picked it up already

don't fuck me on this user is it old gridania? I've got nothing left to do but party find savage and I'm not doing it so I'd be more than happy to risk my account.

You really dont understand the point of not cheating to get out there do you? Pos hacking is stupid easy in xiv but doing it legit is different.

Attached: 272d3f1985fbb13fd8701390fa2c8723.jpg (640x628, 40K)

that's fine. For you. For me I have the knowledge and don't want to wait until b they patch it out like the secret beach in ffxi.
You're an idiot if you wait.
