I usually imagine personalities for the characters I create, other times I just make them because they have specific physical traits I like, such as big fat tiddies and ass. Every now and then I temporarily imagine if I was in their body with their powers/in their situation and how I'd go about certain tasks. I've never thought about being my female characters unless it was with my current personality, knowledge, memories, etc., which at that point they aren't that character anymore but just me with a different appearance.

I'm pretty sure playing as a traditionally attractive girl is straight. I'm a faggot and I tend to either play a very pretty male character like an elf, or a big, strong, very muscular monster guy.

There's always TERA, but it's shit.

I'm a straight guy, and usually go for macho power fantasy characters or female fapbait. If the male choice is not pandering to my power fantasies enough I tend to go for fapbait instead of non-macho male character.

If its a choice, I do think its weird to play as a girl, mostly because it cuts a lot of the connection with you (unless you are an unaware tranny), youre no longer really empathising with your character because they arent even the same gender as you. The only point in playing female characters is usually just the looks. Most games (especially asian ones) have this shitty design philosophy where the female skins get all the detailed shit with male ones being just kinda there. There's barely anything special for males, ever.

Not really. If a transsexual doesn't pass, they are too clearly members of their original sex. They are not changing their bodies enough to qualify for male or female, regardless of the definition (because passability means being detected on the gender radar).

This is irrelevant until we can actually induce proper change on par with video games. Male secondary sexual characteristics, especially bones, are clearly too much for mere hormones to change. The only way we can do it is to start hormones before or during puberty.

You can't guarantee good looking results on transitioning, especially past the age of 20. However, the transitioning technology is too expensive as well, meaning that trannies are easily detected and freaky looking.
