I really enjoy Balrog's boxing weave shit, that is my jam. I really just wish it had a Kick 13 equivalent, something fast that does high damage at the cost of DT, a Meteor equivalent would have been great as well as an Inferno but you can't have it all. Balrog is easily in my top 3 weapons in the series.

Satisfaction is subjective, I still find Ifrit incredibly satisfying to use all these years later because it's sense of impact is still unrivaled. Yes I acknowledge Balrog is more move intensive, that's why I love it. Also by this point, I can call anyone who likes Beowulf the best a nostalgiafag because DMC3 is god damn 15 years old. I forget sometimes depending on the time of day you people in these threads are either cool with people having differing opinions or NO YOU CAN ONLY LIKE WHAT I LIKE.

i dont get it either. theres no leaderboard for bp so its not unfair for others. i want to use the other gerbera as well but i cant

I like beowulf better because the two forms on balrog make the inputs seem cluttered and if I accidentally press back+triangle (which happens a lot for some reason) it fucks up everything I was trying to do.
I just ignore it mostly and stick to DSD and Cavaliere.
