>burning pain in shoulder if I play games for too long
Burning pain in shoulder if I play games for too long
>left arm goes to sleep and tingles if I play too long
It is a terrible thing to get older.
How fucking weak are you? Are you 70 years old or something?
anyone else's arms hurt after sneezing
You need more Magnesium
Go see a doctor.
Poor blood circulation. Go see a Doctor
Heart attack is your future
Eat healthier and get some exercise
Nice try doctors, but you're not getting my money.
>do cardio for 25 mins
>weight lift for 60 minutes
>do this 4-5 times a week
>can game for 14 hours straight no problem
You're not a true gamer if you don't lift to game.
As an american, nice fucking meme dude
>lose two weeks of pay just for an examination
If I went to the doctor for every body oddity or pain that comes and goes I'd be flat broke.
I get this in my back if I try to game on my PC so I like laying in bed under the blankets and playing PS4.
Probably shitty ergonomics. Does the same thing happen when holding a phone to your head for too long? The pain the shoulder is caused by tight tendons in the armpit area.
Not sure since I rarely use a phone for more than a few minutes, but you're probably right.
This is why they keep telling you to take frequent breaks. You should be getting up and moving around every 15 minutes.
It's not the videogames but your posture
>Americans believe everyone has the right to a gun but not basic medical care
Truly a great nation
use icyhot and stretch your shoulder regularly see if it helps
Fix that shit and learn some stretches. It will probably go away over time. The most important thing is definitely desk height. Your shoulders should be relaxed and your elbows should be bent about 90 degrees when your hands are on the desk. Fuck armrests. All they do is push your shoulders up and If your elbows need to be supported to use your mouse comfortably you're already doing it wrong.
Spending ~$250 on a new chair and desk is way better than however many burgerbucks it costs to visit a doctor.
for me its my ulnar nerve when i smashed my funny bone sweeping a floor at a shitty job a long time ago and it never fully healed so pinky and half my ring finger go numb if i lean my left arm on a desk too long. by the way dont lean on your elbows or else you get that same problem on both arms without any trauma from being retarded like me
>implying i want to pay for the healthcare of a 600 pound hippo
You enable shitty behavior. Let the guy who took an oath worry about them, hes got it covered.
>repeal and replace!
>republican healthcare for all!
>actually just repeal, you all deserve death
>you're not a true gamer unless you have nasty stretch marks on your ass that make you look like a zebra hybrid
>you're not a real gamer unless you have nasty as fuck red stretch marks near your balls and inner thighs
>you're not a real gamer if your wrist don't have a thick callus
>you're not a real gamer unless your knees pop and squelch whenever you bend them or stand up and apply pressure to them
Who else has gaming battlescars here?
Thanks.
who else here /CARPEL TUNNEL/
It is. Thats why we are the one and only world superpower and your irrelevant shithole isnt. Whats your country called again? Oh wait, i dont care and it doesnt matter LOL. Enjoy your poverty ball pussy LMAO.
I used to get that once in a while but hasn't happened for a long time now. I remember the worst quite vividly as it's the only time in my life i have felt like i nearly blacked out. Was just playing something like WoW when i was 16 and started getting painful ache in my right shoulder which got worse and felt like a sharp pain, i would stop and go stretch out and lay down for a minute and jump back on but it kept coming back. I tried to just keep reajusting my arm and keep playing but the pain started burning and i felt like i was blacking out.
Took a break for much longer and was fine.
anyone else's pee smell like burning rubber?
I'm sorry flash, but you still have to defeat Snow
Everyone in this thread should read Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Other Repetitive Strain Injuries. I have tendonitis and this book is a fucking life saver. I don't mean to shill but RSIs can be prevented really easily and more people should know about it. There's probably a torrent for it somewhere.
well i know that just doing simple daily stretches does most of the job. especially for prevention
ayy that's me. both my elbows are fucked from excessive leaning and I have to brace them when I sleep or the nerves stay pinched 24/7
remember kids, using metal bars as armrests is a BAD idea
I love Yea Forums health threads. As far as I'm concerned we're all fucked
is it normal for 1 arm to get warm when playing vidya?
shit out of luck, hardwired to self destruct
I only use a controller unless I'm playing a fps or rts have no problems pckeks that use mouse and keyboard for everything are funny
>burning heart and head if im awake too long
>Breathing difficulties make it uncomfortable to be alive
