Objectively, Nintendo has the worst fanbase out of all of these, but alas.
Uncharted would beat out CoD simply because of how little people care about the series now (so they aren't nearly as loud as they used to be).
Fire Emblem's fans are insufferable, so they'd easily beat Halo.
League and FF is a tough decision, but I think it's still fair to say League's fans are worse.
Dark Souls fans are annoying, but Sonic's are worse. Naturally.
Nintendo's worse than Valve. It really isn't even a competition.
Xbox would beat bioware solely because nobody is a fan of bioware anymore.

Really, I think the far more interesting question to ask is who are the Worst Video Game Hatebases?
Hatebases are far more common, vocal and prominent on Yea Forums than any fanbase and huge aspect of console and company wars are driven more by hatebase than fanbase.
