bump
you can't bump your own threads retard
yes
Keep posting this picture, dummy. More skills doesn't mean better gameplay.
I make the rules in my own thread kiddo
Yeah, it was pretty much a perfect Bioware Game, focusing on the stuff they were good at.
I understand that a whole plot of ME2 is a huge fucking filler, but I still love this game because of combat, graphics, music and darker atmosphere that alows my shepard to be a bit more edgy. He's been dead for two years, after all.
I'm still pretty disappointed that we didn't get Paragon/Renegade exclusive team members for ME3 with renegade pulling from 2 and Paragon pulling from 1.
Mass Effect 1 doesn't excel in anything, its only purpose is to set the story and lore for the following games so it's fairly easy to see ME2 as a better alternative. It's a whole harder however who's the best between 2 and 3.
>gameplay in ME3 is a more refined and dynamic version of the previous one
>lore-wise you can jump from ME1 to ME3 without much loss of contiuity but ME2 is still a well written story, albeit standalone
>soundtrack is a masterpiece for both games
>ME2 treats all romances equally, while ME3 is heavily biased over Liara/Ash
mass effect 3 is a very good game unfortunately how it wraps up the series also kills it, while ME2 has a fairly good epilogue.
>>I understand that a whole plot of ME2 is a huge fucking filler
Who cares about the reapers after ME1 anyway?
If anything the narrative would have been better if they dropped the reaper invasion entirely (you could argue without relays the reapers would take a million years to reach the galaxy instead of two and a half). You can still have collectors and even have them attempt making a human based reaper.
As for the rest of the game, it's just comfy slice of life space adventures. The only plothole/bizarre element is that Cerberus doesn't already have the team ready on day one but the game introduces your ebin crew one at a time and that takes half the game.
Yes. The only way it downgraded from ME1 was talent skill trees here , and not being able to customize your armor.
ME2 > ME1 >>>>>>>>>> ME3
>not being able to customize your armor.
Removing it entirely might be the easy way out but let's not pretend that the customization in 1 was good.
Based, although the plot was a major downgrade too.
Armor customization is better in my opition in ME2 than ME1. The real fucking downgrade was the fucking the removal of mods and the introduction of thermal clips. As far as talents goes it's arguable since ME2&ME3 talents are intertwined.
yeah this

I wasn't crazy about the ME1 plot myself. Did the job, but I never really connected with Saren sperging, and I got sick of fighting fucking krogan all the time. Collectors and Cerberus were the tits.
It's the one I've had the most fun with over the years
>from his section on thermal clips in ME2
this guy is a fucking pedant
It’s hard to read
the caption is obviously mocking people who are pedants about that
