Still, for a franchise exclusive to a system that flounders in Japan to even top Sales charts at all means it has at least some following in Japan. In fact if the the year old 'Joker pushed to first reveal hence no CG reveal trailer' theory is true, it could potentially mean Joker's already re-using Dante's rainstorm animation.

Like it would be possible to do a Hero and have like 4 separate characters represented (eg Jill, Chris, Leon, Claire) but then the moveset has to be universal across characters. It could work in theory, but it means locking off Leon from suplexing and stuff which would be unfortunate
