Not gameplay-wise like Spore, I meant how you creature creatures. You could be a hominid, a monster, a dragon. It would be more realistic in style and be more gameplay based around melee third person or FPS or gun and melee. Just a fast, fluid combat system that makes you really feel like you are playing a different body each time, you know?

Have to chase something down? Make something fast and deadly on all fours. Need to go down a planet with a civilization on it and interact with NPCs? Make a body that's one of their species and take quests.

You play a god who wants to put on a show for other gods so you set off a quest for a group of mortals to take part in and watch them zip from location to location as they make their way to complete the journey they've been given. Every stop however, it's up to you to decide what obstacles they must face. Whether it be enemy encounters, stat check puzzles, or even "plot twists" that can affect the any of the heroes in whatever ways, you'll be choosing what to make them deal with on the fly in a rapid paced adventure. The main goal is to create the most "suspense" by building up the heroes sufficiently but making sure they struggle just enough to keep spectators on their toes. Of course if the heroes can't deal with something you've put in their path, you've failed and lost the game, so choose wisely even though you're given stricter and stricter time limits to make your choices as you get further. Once finished you'll be scored by how many issues this sells in comic/book form as the twist is you're actually just making stories to entertain regular people with.

Choosable themes can be Standard Fantasy, Cyperpunk Noir, Greek Odyssey, Wild West Pilgrimage, Rise of Super Heroes, Space Frontier, Gothic Horror, and whatever else can be thought up! (Not all would really need to be available at release I suppose, they could easily suffice as post-launch content updates)
