Nothing happened for me either. The description on twitter said something along the lines of "15 aspects". So I assumed collecting all 15 things means the end. But oh shit, I didn't notice the orbs in the top left. Maybe it's something.

I'm not the creator. I follow a fairly popular pixel artist. And the pixel artist retweeted the game. I didn't even bother checking what other stuff the creator might have, because this game was so small and unfinished, that I assumed they didn't have anything more.
