Xenoblade 2 but I'll post the Torna collage since XB2 upsets the switchlets. The only "redeeming" factor to this DLC was the 20 minute cutscene at the end. You cannot change my mind on this.

That isn’t mentioning the god tier animation work either, where Luigi is more expressive than most big budget AAA game protagonists.

The only outlier of the bunch that truly looks worse is Three Houses, which at the very least had the ambition to try something different with its series rather than taking a half assed step onto home console.

Yeah 3H is the only game I can think of that looks worse but at least it had effort put into other areas of the game. GF doesn't put effort into ANYTHING. Not graphics, not gameplay, not story. Only trainer designs really.

M+R, unironically the best renders of mario characters to date, ubisoft is kinda based
FE:3H even though I dislike the franchise overall

Have you looked at Sonic Forces recently? Even Colors, which had super half-assed graphics, looks better, and both were a big step down from Generations.

Tropical Freeze has underrated aesthetics. Everyone loves the music and platforming but it looks pretty good too. Way better than SwSh at least.
