Despite how long they've been a thing there's still people who ask this every single thread somehow. It's just your favorite games arranged in a grid. Rate what you liked out of what you played in a #/# format or find some other format to rate if you want.

Its GTA but more fun and has an insane amount of customization. I don't know which games you have but if you have SR2 then definitely start with that. The games after SR2 have prettier graphics but nowhere near the amount of features or attention to detail. If all you have is SR3 and 4, those are fun too but just know they are a pretty big step backwards in the series ( especially in terms of tone ) SR2 managed to balance the wacky with seriousness whereas SR3 and onward went off the rails

Respect for RR but remove nuDoom because that shit is pure cancer

I've got Powerslave EX installed. I also have PowerSlave (PC) setup for DOSBox, but for some reason it hard crashes my PC 50% of the time (no other game does this), so I can't really play it.

Ion Fury is fine as long as you're playing the original uncensored version, but it's obviously nowhere near the level of the Trinity. Weapons are forgettable and most of the humor swings and misses. Still a competent game as long as you're pirating.

Playing it right now and half way through, what do you hate about it? Feels mostly fine minus the platforming sections which kill the flow.
Is sunset overdrive actually worth playing? I've only seen bad things about it but it looks like it'd be my style of game. What would you say makes it better than any other open world game?

I'd say sunset overdrive for cheap (20 bucks or less) is worth playing through. If you're able to ignore the humor/story then you'll more than likely be enjoying the gameplay similar to something like rampage total destruction, borderlands (I dislike borderlands, but if you're into it then that helps my example), etc etc. Traversing the open world itself the more I got into the game got more fun due to the number of movement options, enemies, weapons, and amps I could use to make it entertaining enough and different plenty of times. It's also not rockstar garbage which helps; did you enjoy prototype 1/2 when areas were infested?

Not him but i would say sunset Overdrive is worth trying. Moving around the city is satisfying, and the game kinda forces you to use different weapons the way it handles ammo drops. The weapons also level up when you use them so that's a plus. It's fun freezing enemies and 1 shotting them with the magnum. Or using a bunch of other cool weapons. I wouldn't say it's a must play but it's a fun time and I've been in the mood to replay it again desu.

Yeah both prototype 1 and 2 were really great games IMO for more or less the reason you listen for sunset, which is traversing the world felt fun.
Sounds good, I'll download it tonight then and play through it after I finish doom.
