I don't really see a point in this. These scenes still won't be as fappable as sfm stuff. I'd rather put this effort into other parts of a game.
Best approach to romances is something like in bg2, it was basically another quest line with extra dialogues where you will be able to know your party members better.

Because it's expensive to make a high quality RPG and you severely overestimate the market for porn. Porn is like the mobile market, the only way to really make money from it is to sell it as a service, not a product. That's why all the porn sites are subscription based. That's why all the porn producers use things like patreon. You just sell a single product you're not going to make much money from it.
