In-Game: Nothing absolutely horrible here. There's a bottle of soap or lotion that says "Ogay" as a reference to "oil of olay" I am guessing. There is also supposedly a secret,rarely seen test room (not sure if noclip required or if its otherwise available in game without it) that has some "problematic" language - not sure exactly what? One pic posted says something like "Was this room really worth time time you took pushing the chair all the way here, retard"? but I don't know if thats accurate or not. There are rumors that the main character (a female) says some "problematic things" at the beginning of the level, but I am unable to figure out if that is actually the case or just people trolling around

Out of game: Supposedly the Discord server frequented/run by the devs had someone from the devs or publishers make some comment that was offensive to the LGBT community somehow (calling someone sick in the head etc), which caused people to go and find old tweets made by devs of insensitive jokes and stuff from years ago "proving" they had a culture of intolerance or whatever.

The devs basically apologized and gave 10K of the game's launch sales as a donation to Trevor Project (mental health services and outreach for LGBT+ community primarily) , but then they supposedly censored/removed the "problematic" IN GAME content despite it (from what I hear) seeming pretty inoffensive and also is an homage to a literal 90s game engine that had risque elements in all of its games - so I wish they hadn't have done that.
