Halo peaked with 3, died with Reach.

It's a milking program now.

PR people and the horrible corporate jargon bullshit they come up with is the absolute worst.

It's quite ethical

What's better Yea Forums?

Triple A Player Investment, or Surprise Mechanics?

>AAA Player Investment Experience
That's a really strange way to say milking

Halo 5 already had loot boxes so did anyone expect them to not have it in the next one?

If anyone would care about this game even without that type of cancer then you have shit tastes and learned nothing from 343i.

Adding microtransactions and it being a games-as-a-service meme shouldn't change your opinion at all if your IQ is above 50.

Would you really rather have to buy DLC maps and split the community?

In Halo 2 it was a timed exclusive that lasted some months. I'd take that over 3 to 5. The best part is that there is no splitting the community back in 2.

>Player Investment Experience
This is why I stopped playing video games.

YO CHIEF SERGEANT JOHNSEN HERE JUST WANNA TELL YA WE GOT NICE SKINS AND BOOSTS IN DA SHOP NOW SPEND SOME MOENY

How about just selling skins if you absolutely have to be a massive fucking leech on the community? (which you don't since it's proven from finance reports that devs make massive profit just from the sales)

Ah, yes. The AAA Player Investment Experience. Who the hell comes up with these terms?

Req packs and the point system was fine in 5 though so I'm not worried

Halo 5 population shows that it's not fine.

Stop the fucking presses.

jesus christ

Disregard halo infinite. Acquire MCC for PC.

Imagine encouraging people to work in slave labor conditions out of "a love of videogames"

I'd rather buy a ***finished*** game that has no further content updates.

Are these people hearing themselves?

>mcc PC was announced in march
>currently august with one beta released and one that's been stuck in limbo for 3 months
it's not happening, is it?

After titanfall 2, halo 5 and bfv, map packs don't seem so bad. Getting drips of content months apart sucks.

>AAA Player Investment Experience

I don't know what's worse, that they think we're idiots or that most costumers believe this garbage

avatar usage

>Would you really rather have to buy DLC maps
YES

Yes. At least then I can avoid the shitty maps. All of 5's post-launch maps were fucking garbage.

I'll just play the Bungie games on Steam until Microsoft shuts the servers down or they ban me for being normal.

Attached: maxresdefault (1).jpg (1280x720, 97K)

I would rather buy a game for $60 and just get everything like the good old days

This is the only correct opinion

We're gonna have to buy them anyway.
I remember when those lying fucks at Bungie said that "durr microtransactions will allow us to give out content for free or really cheap" and then they still sell you $40 expansion packs.

343 will do the same thing.

They didn't for Halo 5.

Nobody buy this game no matter how pleb your buddies are. Just buy the classics. Send a message to Microsoft that 343iddit needs to fucking die.
