I think it would technically need to be hyphenated to be pronounced 'hydro city' while still being written as a single word. It would be allowed as a proper noun named Hydro-City, but as that isn't the case, I went with the 'velocity' pronunciation as a kid.

Daily reminder that Sonic 3 is the worst game out of the set with the worst aesthetic, worst stage designs by a mile, worst music and worst bosses.
Even adding S&K, it's still the weaker half of the game and causes it to drag so I'd rather just play S&K solo. I'm convinced that people only like this game because it's the easiest due to being able to save and it was casual enough for them to get Super Sonic for the first time.
