right

The correct choice is right style, but with left's execution.

Left, right doesn't look visually cohesive, it's like the characters are all paper cutouts disconnected from the scene they're supposedly a part of.

Right. Pixel art usually looks like hot garbage. Plus, adding a full-res HUD instead of committing to the "retro aesthetic" only makes me hate it more.

Both look like trashy phone games.

Left, because it doesn't have a SJW character. If they wanted nigger representation, all of us wanted Skate back.

This.
What's wrong with devs nowadays that they can't hire competent artists?

They pay in exposure.

One looks like they had an actual artist do some work, including characters that can be lit from the 2d environment

Right has way more soul than left which looks like every new gay indie pixel brawler
brawlers fucking suck cock btw, literally no other genre is that braindead

I like both of them

They're both fine, but my opinion doesn't count for much when I don't give half a fuck about beat em ups.

neither. i can see the plebbit and tumblr in both of them. modern 2d is shit

you're gay dude

You seem to know a lot about reddit

I like both. Just don't want animation to look cheap.

this desu

the simple sircular shadows of left makes it even better

Right looks like it has soul. Also:

>The soundtrack will be composed by original series composers Yuzo Koshiro and Motohiro Kawashima, along with Yoko Shimomura, Hideki Naganuma, and Keiji Yamagishi.

Neither. This genre was made due to the limitations of old hardware and should've died with it.
